很陳舊的酒店，而且沒有電梯！！！有大件行李的一定慎選！廁所太舊了，我們都沒洗澡… 而且酒店就在馬路旁邊，而且大卡車特別多，噪聲特別大。晚上很吵很吵！睡眠不好的也看看別家吧。 但是價格真的很便宜，作為Albany過度一晚去Esperance可以考慮。

Rooms are very clean and tidy. Power point near the bed would be nice thou. I’m been very picky. Recommend stay here.

In one room air con not working and whenever you turn the water on it’s hammering noise coming all night. Otherwise other room is all good.

Property could do with more than one washing machine. Staff were friendly. Facilities appeared old & dark.

The Ibis is definitely a budget accomodation however the rooms are serviced every day, the staff were lovely and helpful. What I didn’t like was that I was “upgraded” to a room with king bed which meant our daughter only got a roll out bed which was saggy and not that comfy. The king bed however was very comfortable. The room is quite aged and with visible signs of breaking and entering via the front door. Some additional lighting might be nice and perhaps some updating so they don’t feel so old.

We paid nearly $700 for this room for two nights, which we felt was exploitatively high given the time of year (between Christmas & New Year). The room was extremely run down (old carpets and curtains, cigarette smell, crispy old blankets, no working WiFi, poor lighting). Despite having to wait until well after 2pm to check in, on account of the room needing to be “cleaned” the room was not clean, the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed, skirting boards were revolting, the grout in the bathroom was unclean and there was mould on the back of the door, there was dust on the shelves. Would avoid at all costs.

Parking needs a desperate upgrade to allow for larger cars. Access upstairs was only via one point and if cars parked there can’t get larger cases through with risking damage to cars. Can’t walked down front of cars where it would be safer but have walk behind with cars barely able to fit if cars are driving past. Couldn’t use balcony as filthy, heavy dust on bedside table and walls not cleaned around the toilet. Kettle etc there but no power point to use unless unplugging tv or fridge. Service at front desk was friendly and easy to deal with. Didn’t bother reporting the lack of cleanliness during stay as we were literally only there the sleep and didn’t hang around. Reply when reported on leaving was ‘Sorry we will let them know’ No remuneration offered. Noise was the Albany Hwy and we were in the room backed onto there. Will we stay again? No

Dusty and not so clean. Small fridge in the room was like not cleaned from the ages.
