Affordable for the amazing quality of the room! New furnishings and very comfortable bedding. Just forgot to wear ear plugs. The only con was you can hear people warming up their diesel truck at 4am. Breakfast amenities were fantastic! You can take stuff to go. We were there for my son’s hockey tournament. They even had almond milk! I’m only staying here when we’re in Yakima.

Hotel Y was just off the freeway. East free parking Friendly staff, cookies at check in The housekeeper stopped by as we were bringing luggage in to check if everything was ok Cozy and warm Beds were comfortable Bathroom updated and clean

Feels newly remodeled, smart design, no-fuss / no-muss. Limited breakfast. Comfortable and easy with an excellent price for what you get.

Very clean, looks newly remodeled. Staff seem apathetic/lacked friendliness. Room smell overpoweringly of air freshener, had to open the door, turn on vent for 30 minutes to make it bareable. Slight smoke smell afterwards, but that was better than the choking chemical freshener lol! Nice place overall.

Property was great. It is like a remodeled Motel 6 but very modern and nice inside. Great options for the free breakfast. We came with our soccer team and you can't beat the price. I would stay here again but it is in an area with a lot of homeless. None of them seemed to come on the property and the parking lot was very well lit. Close to lots of stores as well.

Hotel was clean & quiet, looks recently remodeled. Convenient to freeway. Good price. Friendly staff. Adequate breakfast: waffle maker, biscuits & gravy, fresh fruit, bagels, packaged oa**eal, fridge with hardboiled eggs, yogurt, oat milk. Not really a walking area but felt safe. (Really good Indian restaurant a couple blocks down).

Great price, clean and comfy rooms. Because it is an older hotel you can hear everything through the walls.

I felt good about the location of the hotel. We showed up on a cold winter night, we got a room on the 2nd floor and IT WAS TOASTY in our room. I liked it for a little bit, but later on, we couldn´t regulate the temperature well. It was either Freezer or Sauna. The furnishings and toiletries were standard. Our bed was too firm for our liking. I noticed a lot of reviews about the beds being comfortable, so those folks must like a firm bed. I do not. The breakfast had lots of good options and I like that there is a Coffee Stand (separate) in the parking lot.

I love this place!!! Very clean and quiet. The bed is super comfy and the room has style.
