This is a wonderful hotel. All the people are friendly and helpful.
The hotel's internet only works in a few "Wifi Hotspot" areas, not in the rooms. That was inconvenient and the area has a pretty bad mosquito problem so it was difficult to sit out in the hotspot areas. Cell service is not very good either, especially where we were on the bottom floor of building three, which is the lowest elevation of the whole property.
There is a bottle of water in the room with a note on it that says the tap water is drinkable but when I asked reception, I was told that was not true and we needed to use bottled water. They give you two little bottles per day and you have to buy whatever else you need. The 1.5L bottle in the room cost $63 pesos, similar bottles at an Oxxo cost $13 pesos so not a good deal and the property is isolated and not in a very good neighborhood so if one does not have their own transportation, they are stuck with what is in the rooms.
