ホテル シティ ハート(Hotel City Heart)

Lacks basic support set up .***agers are polite and helpful but lower level staff are untrained and casual. Seems like ***agement is not much interested in keeping maintenance of this hotel. Hawkers are putting their cloths stall inside just in front of reception. Rooms lacks maintenance the window view is very depressing specially 101. Only advantage is its near to Harminder sahib .

Our stay was comfortable. Nice and clean rooms, Helpful staff they can arrange you food in rooms as their kitchen is closed. City Heart is located on Heritage street and you can have Mc'D burger any time its just opposite the Hotel. My family enjoyed their stay at City Heart.

Due to an issue with another hotel we ended up staying at the hotel. We were able to book rooms last minute. Staff were excellent, very attentive and polite. It was room only, tea/coffee available in room. We had to ask for towels which they happily provided. Beds were comfortable. AC in room and ceiling fan which was a bit noisy but was able to sleep easily due tiredness. Hotel room was very clean. Location was spot on and l would definitely stay again

This property is. It good to stay with family. Fan was not working and no proper staff available to help or clean. Sheets were dirty and mattress was very old and poor quality. Don’t recommend this property.

Its been so ***y years my parents travel twice to amritsar in a year and everytime they stay at city heart they have the best experience every time …

Stayed here during my Amritsar visit. Wanted to stay here as wanted to stay close to Golden temple, Jallianwala bagh, Heritage road and Maharaja Ranjit Singh ji Statue. Very comfortable stay for 2 nights. Very helping staff. Only thing I missed here was an in-house restaurant. Otherwise one of the most comfortable stays for me and my family. Kudos to the hotel staff. Special kudos to security staff as he was very diligent in opening the doors for the guests without missing once.

Unfortunately this hotel does not have any heating systems in the room. Which is completely cruel considering the temperature is low 2-5 degrees. When we asked the staff for heating in the room they said they don’t have any which is really odd as there was a heating system in the room. Secondly, the rooms are not sound proof at all. Other guests who were staying at the hotel have zero courtesy for others as there were kids screaming in the hall ways and running up and down the stairs early at 5-6am. The staff should remind guests to be sensitive to their surroundings as others are staying as well. Even though this is walking distance to the golden temple I would recommend staying somewhere else as the no heat in rooms is cruel.
