Really enjoyed the hotel, beautiful castle type building, lovely big gardens, food is tasty and helpful staff. Animation team always friendly and my kids had a great time. Big room which was a bonus.. Really lovely hotel and holiday we had.

The hotel is very bad 4stars i give only 0 the staff is very bad cleaners are so bad ,food cold not taste,no snack ,the animator all good the sea nice and beatifull not recommend . In the 10 days I was there, I counted about 10 cockroaches in the toilet and the room. And cockroaches can be found everywhere near the lift and ground floor!!! I will never go back !!!

Had the most amazing holiday & would 100% do it all over again. Staff members were extremely helpful, and more than willing to help with absolutely anything. I throughly enjoyed every meal, and felt very full, content, well rested and relaxed during our entire stay. The beach is stunning, and not even 2 minutes away from the hotel. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is amazing, the hotel is clean, and is a beautiful building with a lot of history. The indoor pool and sauna was absolutely great; we went every day, and really enjoyed seeing “Sami”, who was extremely helpful and kind. My partner and I both received the most relaxing massages from the wonderful masseuse, who made us feel very comfortable. There is a gentleman who runs events for tourists, who even approached us as he knew when we arrived, and we went for a camel ride the very next day, at a very good price. Everything went exactly as planned and the gentleman was extremely reliable, arriving not even 1 minute after we had finished our ride to pick us up. And of course, our camel ride was an absolutely amazing experience was was so worth it! It was my first time ever in Tunisia and I was definitely not disappointed, and would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would especially like to thank the animation team for making us feel so welcome, helping us with everything we needed to know, answering all our silly questions with a smile, and making us feel genuinely welcome and encouraged us to make the most of our stay. Expect A LOT of fun from “Gigi and Kuda”, but do not expect to beat them at any board games you play with them 😂😂 we made friends for life on this holiday and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from a week long holiday. Honestly one of the best holidays I have been on. Went with my family which included my 3 year old daughter and 5 year old nephew. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, my daughter referred to it as a dragon castle as it reminded her of a castle and I completely agree with her it really was like a castle, food was plentiful always something to eat especially the fussy eaters of the family. The room was beautiful and the cleaning staff always made sure the rooms and hotel was beautifully clean. The restaurant staff was absolutely amazing always had our table set for us come breakfast lunch and dinner. The pool staff where always so helpful and worked so hard to keep the pool and beach looking it's very best. Now for the entertainment team there is not one bad thing I can say about any of them we got to know a few of them more personally (medo, mona, snopi and makram) but they where all equally amazing. I have been on many holidays and have never felt so sad and emotional leaving, my daughter and nephew even cried leaving. The only downside for me personally was some of the people booking the hotel (the french and polish) they was very rude to not only other people staying here but also the staff. I could look past this yearly just to go back to this castle like hotel

Worst experience!! Do not book. Pictures are deceiving. Emailed the hotel before hand to let them know it’s our honeymoon. No response. Booked a double bedroom arrived and found two single beds. Changed rooms. Bedding was dirty. Bathroom was filthy. Felt dirty just standing in the bath for a shower. Was tempted to go to the shops and get bleach and cleaning wipes to clean it myself but husband stopped me. Wardrobe handle was broken. Called reception for room breakfast which is an option on their website. Was told that this isn’t possible. When speaking to main staff member about it at the reception it was like I didn’t actually call and no one refused anything. All inclusive but they start packing up the food before the ending time. Or if the time has gone over and your still eating they’ll turn off the coffee machine and drinks machine.

Good experience in el ksar ressort. Friendly team and good food Shows are too great .. the animators there are fantastic , kids club are very Amazing.. many activites in the morning and mini disco in the nights .. the staff are very kind and cool

Absolutely amazing food can always find something to eat , entertainment especially Mary is amazing !!!! They can’t do enough for you, staff are amazing and loads for the kids. Different shows every night that keeps you busy , can easily find alcohol to drink and there’s plenty for the kids , staff are very friendly and would 100% come back
