ヴァレリア ジャルダン ダガディール リゾート(Valeria Jardins d'Agadir - All IN)

L’hôtel est tellement magnifique…(l’emplacement,décoration..) Dommage que les employés sont si désagréable quand ont leur demande un renseignement, surtout ceux de l’accueil. La nuit du 1 décembre nous nous sommes présentes à l’accueil pour l’enregistrement, l’accueil était si médiocre !!! Limite on les dérange de notre présence.. ( premier choc..). On a payé all inclusive… arrivé dans la chambre, le frigo vide.. et surtout pas d’eau dans la chambre !!!(2 eme choc) On téléphone a l’accueil , on nous répond qu’il fallait payer l’option chez pas quoi pour pouvoir bénéficier des boissons. Nous allons tout de même demander de l’eau a l’accueil car je dois prendre des médicaments et la (3 eme choc) on nous donne juste une petite bouteille de 33 cl ( équivalent a 1 verre d’eau)pour deux personnes.(toujours bien sur avec un regard ＜ punaise tu nous fait chier＞). Concernant le ménage des chambres : Les femmes de ménages sont très souriantes , très agréables MAIS!! La propretédes chambres c’est pas trop ca!! Surtout les toilettes et la salle de bain ,Beaucoup de taches sur le carrelage des murs et le sol devrait etre aspiré avant d’être lavé car beaucoup de saleté et poils sur les rebords. Restaurant variété et dégustation moyenne.il y a deux , trois serveurs du restaurant qui vous font des réflexions quand vous leur demandez de l’eau en plus. Spa: personnel très souriantes mais les services sont moyens. Conclusion : L’architecture de L’hôtel est au top, l’extérieur très bien entretenue , les allées, le gazon etcc… Le problème principal ce sont ( peu être pas tous bien sur) le service des employés..

The hotel itself was very near to the beach, and in a good location. It has some nice swimming pools, however it is important to note that the hotel is not for the British as 99% of the guests are French. The food is only catered for the French and steal plus didn’t have anything Moroccan. Food is fine, but we mainly eat from the salad bar as the chicken was red. Other meats were questionable. Breakfast has a selection of croissants and scrambled eggs but again not a great selection unless you like cereal. Spoons are not provided. On arrival the reception seems to be helpful but that’s where it ended as they couldn’t be bothered and rude at times. That said the bar staff, waiters and waitresses were all fantastic. Ali in the entertainment was super nice, but unfortunately the entertainment is only in French. Drinks are limited and not what I’ve had on other all inclusive holidays. It would be nice to have tea and coffee in the room for those who get up early in the morning and can’t wait for the restaurant to open at 7am. Rooms are fine, and clean. The balcony is very small, and consists of two plastic chairs and a table. Bit of a squeeze to fit two people in. Where our room was we could hardly hear the ****** but other guests we spoke to said it was very loud. Be aware of the flies as they bite. If you smoke getting an ashtray is a daly mission.

Lovely hotel, staff were all amazing, big shout out to the Moroccan animation team, Mido and Ali made our holiday, brilliant friends for life, also the pool guys couldn’t do enough, so sad that the Tui animation team only spoke in French so evening entertainment shows we could not understand so did not go, apart from that fabulous 😘

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, let’s start at the beginning, paid £28 tax to hotel reception and no explanation why, after the worst food I’ve ever seen let alone tasted it was off to the perilous walk to the room which was round the back of the hotel, various loose slabs on the way and very dark walkways not well lit and all, the room was ok clean but not modern, no soaps in any of the dispensers and the so called mini bar was a empty fridge, saying that the only hello we got all holiday was the friendly cleaning staff, Entertainment was hurrendous especially if your English as it’s all in French. They tried charging us for drink after a certain time and the flies round the pool was worse than Gambia in November, TUI need to remove this hotel from their portfolio as it’s certainly not up to the usual standards we expect from them. The food was that bad we had to eat out most nights which was an added expense we had to endur, it also stated private beach fronted which is crazy seen as the beach is 5 minute walk away, so many inaccurate facts about this hotel I wouldn’t even give it 1 star

I spent a wonderful week at the Jardins d'Agadir Resort. The activities were great and varied. The staff were very attentive, with a special mention for Yanis who was so lovely with us! We've already planned our next stay at this hotel! Thanks again for this amazing holiday !

We travel regularly on overseas holidays every year and can confirm this is an excellent hotel. Technically it should be 3 and a half stars or 3 star plus but as those ratings do not exist, it thoroughly deserves its 4 stars. All the staff speak English although three quarters of the guests are French A huge advantage of staying at this hotel is that it was built in 1980 by an Italian company on a very large area of land ,with the traditional whitewashed buildings being carefully spaced out They then set about planting Palm trees , subtropical shrubs and Bouganvillea climbers around the buildings and the extensive lush lawn areas Well of course, 54 years later, they have all now grown to allow guests to holiday in beautiful gardens There are 3 pool areas..one is heated and is very busy with endless 40 years old pop songs and a few of Frank Sinatra as well as a few of Edith Piaf The second pool is across the lawns ,is not heated and has Water slides for children The third pool is also not heated and is in a very quiet area with plenty of greenery and a nearby bar We had requested a ground floor room in a quiet area and were delighted upon arrival to be given a very large room ( they termed it a Suite ) with a small verandah and views of Palms and exotic shrubs Food in this hotel was above standard with an enormous choice of freshly cooked International foods and salads at every meal time…after 3 days we had to seriously slow down and limit ourselves We spent most of our 10 day holiday basking in the sun around the pools or the lawns; we only went to the beach twice for a refreshing short evening walk along the endless promenade This hotel is extremely well organised with charming and helpful staff

After reading reviews I was a little unsure about what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. We were a family of 6 with teenage/adult children. We got a cheap deal and thought it was amazing. A few minutes walk from beach. The rooms are large and so are the showers. Food and drink was there all day apart from about 1 hour between lunch and afternoon tea but drinks all day. Staff were polite and helpful and we are English but don’t look typically English so wasn’t sure they would like us but they were all lovely. Two heated pools that were lovely. One of the best holidays we’ve had for the price would definitely go back!

Well this was our second visit in 4 months, such an amazing place the staff are amazing be it the room cleaners to the security staff, the reception staff to the bar staff, the resident photographer, it was nice to meet some English speaking members of the entertainments team Mido and Yanis and can’t forget Khalid Laasri guest relations manager was so lovely to see you again. The only fault we can find is the lack of English used by the entertainments team British people also visit this hotel but have no understanding of what is going on, there was a function whilst we were there which we were assured would be in French and English well one 30 second speech was in English then reverted back to French so like at Christmas we left the function. It won’t stop us going back to the hotel as the friendliness of all other staff far outweighs most of the entertainment team speaking English. Now to book our Christmas holiday See you all again soon

I had a really good week in the club. The entertainment team was really nice, especially Mido which was really friendly. I highly recommande this club, there is a lot of activities and Valeria is really welcoming. The bar team and restaurant team were really good as well.
