Had such a good time. Hotel had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing.

Hotel recomemdable 100%. Buffet genial, habitación espectacular, aparcamiento gratuito y super accesible. Volvería si o si.

Nos tuvieron esperando para entrar. Prácticamente una hora antes del check out nos querían echar molestandonos en la habitación. Los desayunos y cenas faltaban siempre cosas y faltaba limpieza.

Super, el Hotel esta en mejor sitio, muy limpio, con vistas espectaculares, con gran piscina, buena comisa. y muy agradable personal.

Hôtel sympa, bien placé, personnel sympa

We went as a family of adults and from our first impression when we entered the beautiful foyer and were greeted with a glass of Cava, until we left 5 days later, we could not fault the friendly staff ( special shout out to Virginia and Nachos), the cleanliness of the hotel and the great food and entertainment that was on offer. We did not need to leave the hotel as we were all inclusive and the hotel grounds are extensive so you can sit and enjoy the beautiful gardens and the sea beyond from many different places. The free entertainment programme meant that we could try our hand at Archery, shooting, Pilates and yoga to name just a few. It was great to have entertainment in the evening too, starting with a fun game of bingo and then live performances. The hotel gym is well equipped with a great variety of machines and free weights. If you want a relaxing break within a beautiful setting, then this hotel is the one for you.

The Good… The day I left to return home. The Bad… Everything- the food, if you like dried pork, pork, and cold food-this is the place for you… (microwaves available to heat up your food ) the (non) service.. During my stay I craved for actual hot food… I ate out a lot at local restaurants just for that-and some decent service. The sun loungers OMG!! -(see pics attached) They are infested with black mould -something which I did not want to inhale.. It appears this establishment have no regards for their customers (all Brits) they feed you fodder and provide mould infested sun loungers. I left the hotel every day to eat-there is a lovely restaurant called La Reine-it’s in the square of the local properties -but at least I got hot food-AND lovely service. I spent my days down at the sea area where there are lovely cushioned sun loungers- I think usually you have to pay- but as I was out of season - they were free. (See pics ) There is NO service at this hotel whatsoever… The receptionists are downright rude-full stop. You have to PAY.. for a pool/beach towel €10!!? AND if you’d like it changed during that will cost you another €1 per towel-really ?… There is nothing else around this hotel-it’s a residential area -which appear ls to be holiday homes. I took the local bus to Mahon- €2each each way. I changed the bus at Mahon for Punta Prima- not much open as it was the end of the season. I engaged with the SAGA rep at the hotel -her name escapes me -but she’s an ex pat who married local. I booked her trip to Cuitadella phonetically- (Shoot a de ya) for €25. She was very informative and I enjoyed her information-as she’s married and lived on the island for the past 30 yrs. She was lovely. You have to pay local tax @ 23.10€ per week… I’m anticipating the proprietors response- DONT LIE- your hotel is a disgrace. I would avoid this hotel at all costs I’m totally fair and honest with all my reviews.

Hotel was great,staff absolutely fantastic, clientele great ,but food let this hotel down everything was cold . apart from that we had a lovely holiday . Hotel is in a very quiet location ,nice walk down to the sea and local pubs as we were there in October most places were closed but it was warm and sunny so just sitting watching the sea was a pleasure .
