ビルギン ホテル(Kas Bilgin Hotel)

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! Myself and my family of 4 arrived in Kas after making the reservation to stay one night before. Unfortunately the receptionist told us that there was a mistake on the system which meant it booked us in for the night previous to our arrival. He told us they had no room available for us but they had already charged our bank account for the room!!! He refused to give us a refund and told us we had to contact the agent we booked with (trip.com) - they have told us that the hotel refused to cooperate and give us our refund!!! So I have paid for 4 people bed and breakfast for 4 people and never received!!! The receptionist was rude and did not speak any English. WE THEN HAD TO WALK AROUND THE CITY WITH OUR LUGGAGE TO FIND SUITABLE ACCOMMODATION FOR 4 PEOPLE! disaster!! Avoid at all costs I live here, and I have never experienced such a horrible experience in Turkey. My family flew out to meet me for a visit and I am so disappointed with the horrible impression they have been given on this country by this hotel!! The hotel itself was horribly outdated and there genuinely wasn't a single person in site , the lights weren't on in reception when we arrived so we assumed it was closed. It had a funky smell and looked totally different to the photos!!

位置方便又安靜，衞生非常好，房間大，前台小夥子服務很周到耐心。早餐有很多選擇，蔬菜水果新鮮。物美價廉非常推薦。 前台給推薦了這家Ege 餐廳，簡直太棒了，都好吃！

位置絕佳，距離長途汽車站衹有300米距離，適合坐大巴車來旅遊的朋友。到達海邊各繁華地點也就5分鐘步行，可謂鬧中取靜。有電梯，免費的早餐也不賴。從性價比來説，幾乎沒啥可挑剔的。如果下次來卡斯，還會選這家入住！超喜歡他家前台牆面放大的油畫！

Great friendly and attentive staff. Location close to shopping, dining. Great breakfast options.

Central location for all locations by walking 2-3 min. But far from music loud and crowd. Service quality , breakfast was over our expactations. Open buffet breakfast is homemade and tasty. Rooms were clean and cleaned periodically. Receptionists supported us for city tours and replied all questions. Rooms have small French balcony so you may have fresh air. Room rates are at the standards and normal when you compare for around hotels. No need to stay at a hotel on the beach. With the difference of room rate you may choose every day another private beach. Thanks for all hotel staff🙏

Location of the hotel is wonderful. Staff is so happy and helpful. Strongly recommended. Rooms are very clean. The breakfast is really over the expectation. One of the best Price/performance hotel in Kas. It was my 3rd time in this hotel and every year it becomes better and better.

We did a last moment reservation for this when we were already in Kas, and we got it with good price after some negotiations. The room was renewed and very clean and cosy, the bathroom had not been touched, but was ok. First morning the breakfast was served (not a bufee) maybe due to some renewal work. Second morning it was a bufee and very good. Finding a parking place was a bit tricky, but after driving around the hotel fewetimes, we found one both evenings. Location is excellent in the center of Kas.
