"We booked this hotel through Jet2 Holidays. It is a nice hotel but really I don't think it was ready for guests and the pictures on line are I would say enhanced so its not quite as nice as described. We stayed in a standard roof room which to be honest was tired . It needed a paint and a refresh. The safe wasn't working , there was no QR code for the mini bar , no information about the hotel in the room. The deck area was broken as was the sun screen on the balcony. Sometimes it was cleaned sometimes it wasn't . It was all a bit hit and miss. The spa was not available although the prices list did appear at reception on the day we were going home. When we asked about it the waiter simply shrugged. All this a little disappointing, but the view is lovely and in honesty we only slept in our room. It was a good size . Breakfast is served outside . The first day it was a buffet breakfast but was very limited , from then on we had a Turkish breakfast service to the table which was very nice but no juice is served and the fruit offering is very limited. We spent some time down on the deck by the sea but again it was bit help yourself, we asked for umbrella one day and then put them away and got them again the next day as no service was provided by the sea. The beach bar was out of use and a bit scruffy , There were no offers of drinks etc. We ate lunch at the hotel on the first day and were shocked that we were charged nearly £70 for a shared salad and calamari with 2 glasses of wine. Similarly we were shocked to find that 2 coffees came to £18.00. Suffice to say we did not eat or consume any drinks at the hotel. For lunch we went across the road to Riva and had a lovely lunch with 2 glasses of wine for the same cost of 2 coffees. You eat in the garden area over looking the sea it is very pleasant. I think the hotel really need to look at their prices as you feel like you are being ripped off. The hotel is well located for Kas. Reception staff will order a taxi which takes about 5 minutes to get into town. The town is lovely, very traditional and packed with lots of bars and restaurants all serving great food. We took the ferry one day over to Greece to a tiny island with a population of 300. The ferry only takes about 25 minutes and we had a lovely day. We also took a boat trip from the harbour to the sunken city with lots of stops for swims . I would definitely recommend it. We would return to Kas but would try a different hotel next time."

"誰もが雷を避けなければなりません！ホテルを予約するのに1,300元以上を費やしましたが、実際には200元の国内エクスプレスホテルには及ばません。部屋は狭く、設備は一見問題ないように見えますが、枕やシーツに独特の臭いがあり、バルコニーのドアの鍵が大きく剥がれています。ランプが壊れています。写真と大きく異なります。一番困ったのは、お湯が出ないことです。夜11時にシャワーを浴びると、水が冷たくなります。フロントの人は20分ほどお湯を出してくれましたが、結果は冷水ではなくシャワーも浴びられませんでした。私たちは非常に怒っていたので、フロントデスクが上司に電話したところ、全額を返金すると約束してくれたので、夜中にホテルを変更しました。次の日、ヘラホテルに忘れ物をしたので、取りに行ったところ、偶然ボスに会いました。その結果、上司は、チェックアウトが遅すぎて部屋を販売できないため、一晩しかキャンセルできないと言い、チェックアウトするためにもっと早くシャワーを浴びてはどうかと尋ねました。これは人間の言語ではありませんでした。上司と大喧嘩した後、ヘラ ホテルはいつも 1 泊分の宿泊料金のみを返金することに同意するまで、予約プラットフォームと数日間議論しましたが、Agoda は全額を返金することに同意しました。これは本当に、今回のトゥルキエへの旅行中に泊まった中で最悪のホテルです。繰り返しになりますが、雷は避けてください。"

"Our hotel stay was amazing. The location felt secluded despite being only 10 mins driving distance from the centre of Kas. We had a private access into the sea and our stay in April was perfect timing, it was quiet with great weather. Our room was large and clean with an amazing sea view. The staff was lovely and so attentive, always providing help and assistance to make sure our stay was perfect. The food was great, particularly the breakfast! Would 100% come back!"

"If planning to stay at this hotel, please do not. We had high expectations based upon the location, price point and Web images, unfortunately reality is somewhat different. Rooms are small, dirty, and tired with small cheap and uncomfortable beds. No housekeeping for 3 nights, we had to ask for basic toiletries etc. We spoke to reception regarding a paid upgrade to bigger rooms (hotel was not full) He laughed and basically said we must stay where we booked! Bathroom was very dirty and black mould everywhere. Room safe was broken, TV did not work, room fridge barely, but AC did fortunately. The restaurant / pool bar is about 5 floors / 120 steps further down the hill. Understandable as a consequence of the location but not referenced as a warning to travellers who might have difficulties with that. Service at the pool bar is disgraceful (unless you wear a bikini) and I twice walked away without service with the young barmen more interested in chatting to the girls than customers - it was not busy!! The restaurant unfortunately fares no better, half the items listed on the menu are not available, including basic wines and beer selection. The kitchen is filthy and has not been cleaned properly in ages. Breakfast is simple and edible. At least the restaurant staff are friendly unlike the rest of their team. Redeeming features include the pool, and location with great views, but unfortunately that's common for all of the many establishments in the same area, and these all seem to have much higher standards based upon our hindsight research. Be warned, and stay away!! "

"In July 2026, I booked two rooms through a pop-up ad on the Ctrip app for a two-night stay from July 17th to July 19th. The actual hotel environment, room types, and facilities differed significantly from the promotional images and descriptions on the platform, constituting false advertising. Within two hours of check-in, I reached an agreement with the hotel front desk: I would retain the July 17th night's stay and receive a full refund for the remaining two rooms, totaling over 4000 RMB. This order was generated by Ctrip through a third-party distributor (***********), and the platform failed to disclose this secondary distribution channel throughout the process, infringing on my right to know. On July 17th and 18th, I called Ctrip customer service twice to request a refund. The staff only told me that providing the hotel staff member's surname was sufficient, without reminding me to take photos of the scene, submit a written confirmation, or record the conversation—essential evidence. Due to the platform's misleading information, I was unable to gather sufficient evidence after returning to China. Ctrip only agreed to compensate me 100 RMB, which I firmly reject. The subsequent contact person explicitly refused to provide the cooperation agreement between Ctrip and Booking, records of refund transactions between the three parties, customer service call recordings, and work order files, refusing to cooperate in providing evidence for rights protection. According to Article 62 of the E-commerce Law, e-commerce platforms must provide full-chain transaction data; failure to do so will result in full adverse legal consequences."
