NEVER BOOK HERE! IF I COULD GIVE A -5 STAR OR MORE I WOULD! THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT EXIST IN QATAR - A BIG DISGRACE TO THE COUNTRY AND IT'S HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY! To sum of everything: 1. Reception is unhelpful, unaccommodating and don't deserve to be in the hospitality industry! 2. Security was very rude, illogical and incompetent. He let in anyone who dressed provocatively, assuming that they were going to the bar when we saw them entering different rooms, while our guest, which was a family with a kid was treated poorly and was not permitted to enter as our visitor - because it was "part of the rules" to limit the visitors when in fact we have not exceeded the number of visitors yet and completely followed through with the limit. The hotel should first change all security personnel following the staff, because in the hospitality industry these people don't deserve to step foot in any hospitality establishment for the rest of their lives for how they carry themselves and treat their guests/customers. 3. Staff were treating guests and visitors unfairly and with disdain. Even our friends who came to visit Qatar from another country were asking us if this is how all staffs in the hotel industry are here in Qatar. 4. Hallways were full of unknown stains and stench of what seems to be old socks soaked in water or rotten random waste. 5. Staff was all unhelpful and seemed to not give any care for guests. 6. Room was dirty and toiletries seemed used or old stock. 7. The room was expensive but everything was a total loss for us. It was better to have spent the money on other hotels rather than spending it here. It truly is an experience you'd rather forget for the rest of your life! No amount of apologies could ever compensate the trauma we went through from the treatment we received from every last one off the staff and security in this hotel. One of our friends even cried until her eyes ran dry, because she felt degraded and insignificant due to the employees.

The staff was helpful. Always here for the customers request. Room were really fully equipped and wasn't expecting having a washing machine and iron saving me a lot of clothing during my stay. Will surely book them for my next trip. A full fledged experience and service as it should .

Not recommended for family. Everyday they will block us at the ground floor and ask for anything even though we have provided the documents during check in and sent the documents via whatsapp already. Their rules are changing every single day. Some days our family can freely enter some days they were treated poorly by security like they are some kind of bad people. Really disappointed

Worst experience till now. Rooms and hotels hall way are bad and smelly . Breakfast is worst .. no buffet breakfast food was cold . I wont suggest this hotel . Carpets in room are very dirty . Really worst experience

This is the most Unprofessional, rude and scammer staff ever. Many people had it, now I see in the comments but I am rewriting it; They are trying to charge you for the "removable stains" after you use such as on the bedsheet. And they ask you to pay 50 riyals. They try to make it a scene if you don't pay it. And since you are with your girlfriend or wife to avoid the scene you pay for it. They even raise their voices! And you are a guest there! Worst experience ever. If you are booking here, be ready to pay 50 riyals more for any non-sense reason they will find and try to charge.

Very nice place good prices. And the redlion bar is inside also. They have spa and pool. The people are are friendly and they take good care of. The room serive is also nice and they do have a small restaurant on the ground floor. Also if you are took drunk to leave you can get a room.

Awesome Dinner with the Fam. We booked a half board basis. Food was great! Breakfast is ok because there is not that much space for the resto. Parking is a little bit hard during pick season but you can park outside. The pool is indoor and temp controlled, the downside was the pool attendant was not doing his Job. Children are swimming but he is just sitting the whole day watching on his mobile phone and a little bit arrogant. Housekeeping has the limit of giving drinking water. They just gave us 8 small bottles for the whole day. We are 3 adults and 2 children.

Love the in house club, played good music.

Overpriced, and definitely not 4 star. In need of maintenance and the smell of drains didnt help either.
