The hotel's location near the highway makes it easy to locate. Room size is adequate, cleanliness is average. The bed is comfortable, though the pillow is smaller than usual.

Ottima sosta se si vuole spezzare il viaggio verso le cascate del Niagara. Hotel si trova vicino ala strada principale. Per 1 notte è perfetto. Di contro ha che dalla stanza si sentivano i mezzi transitare sulla strada principale e la colazione inclusa era scarsa (come scelta e qualità).

乾淨，安靜，舒適

This hotel was convenient to get to off the 81. Clean, staff were nice but after 1 of them asking me how our stay was, basically said thats the way it is. First issue was the temperature in the room. We were either freezing or roasting, o in between. 1 degree adjus**ent was all ot took to go from cold to hot. When i mentioned that to the morning clerk, he said he has been at that hotel since before opening in 2016 and that heating system has been that way ever since. Some people like it and some dont. I don’t. The other issue was the drain in the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. He seemed like he may report that byt ny guess is he won't based on his repsonse from the first issue.

Everyone seemed very friendly. The breakfast selections were a little lacking, but great if you wanted a waffle.

My stay was great. The staff, especially MaryAnn (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) who was at the front desk during my checkout, were very nice and accommodating. Thank you.

Everything was excellent, this was my second time staying at this hotel and they are by far the cleanest hotel in Binghamton NY. I will stay here again in the future. The only thing I would say I'd like to see them improve on is a bigger breakfast selection. Other than that, this hotel rocks.

This property is difficult to get to but fortunately we are familiar with the area. It is a very clean and nice hotel and the staff was very helpful.

Front desk person was very helpful. He provided a great deal of information about the surrounding area in regards to dining options.
