ビーバーヘッド ロッジ ディロン(The Beaverhead Lodge)

Check-in on Sept. 24th. The person who checked me in did not see on her computer that I pre-paid online with Trip.com. I showed her the emails that Trip.com sent me but she still refused to accept it. She wrote down the information from the e-mail and said she'd give it to her manager. She insisted on me giving her a credit card "to cover any damages". The next day after I checked out I noticed my credit card was charged for the room. So they charged me even after I had paid Trip.com on Sept. 12. I loved the hotel but I am very unhappy about the way the check-in desk person handled this . Anyone would be unhappy if they were charged twice.

This place is a gem. Freshly refinished and details only found in much more expensive hotels: Plush towels and more than usually provided, Glycerin soap and upgraded toiletries, and plush Kleenex and toilet paper products.

Comfortable and modern, coffee in room, toiletries were pleasant.

Room was disgusting, we got yellow towels that were supposed to be white. A dirty bathtub as well as crumby bed sheets. The walls were super dusty and if you brushed them it would fly everywhere and make you cough and sneeze. The worst part was the floor, our feet were black from dirt after only 2 hours in the room. Absolutely disgusting place which looked so promising. Would be a nice place if they learned how to clean.

The property was average. The property could use additional improvements. The rooms were not as sound proof as they should be.

Travel to Dillon regularly and have stayed here many times. Always clean but nothing fancy and a good price. This time the room reeked of BO once it warmed up, the security bar for the door was torn off, one of the bedside lights was missing, the bed was horrible, the shower backed up and took forever to drain. When we initially got into the room and turned up the heat I went to the office to get an extra towel and the person at the desk reluctantly gave me one. The other pleasantries went unnoticed until we returned that night and the office was closed. NEVER AGAIN

This place has come along way over the years not the friendliest of staff a bit of a walk to the bars (which is my main reason for visiting every year) and no walkable place to get a late night snack but all in all I’ll keep coming back

Our room was not clean it had dirty twoels in the bathroom and food in the fridge. The front desk moved us to another room. I didn’t get to use the jacuzzi tub because you could just see the dirt caked on the jets. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. A guy sat outside our door and played his music and sang at 11:00 pm

Nice place to stay but the breakfast was lacking. You could do much better with little effort. The fake eggs were inedible no fresh fruit no toast English muffins etc.
