We stayed at grt for two nights for our office meet. We were about 50 people. Conference facilities was top notch and the service by the grt team was memorable. Timber chalet rooms are awesome with the great valley views . Entire team at grt impressed by the service culture. We never had such an experience in Bangalore hotels. Will definitely recommend to our friends.

The hospitality was too good.we had a great experience here,we stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed a lot.the staff are very friendly (srimathi Ragini,Balakumar,kudu&Ramji) the staff are very friendly and comfortable. Food was very tasty and utmost quality Resort was very beautiful and filled with nature A must visit holiday destination with your loved ones

One of the best stay at Kodaikanal so far. My kid enjoyed it. All the staffs are cordial and friendly. Room were clean and hygiene. Alrinraj house *** was very hospitable made us feel safe and comfortable.overall great service . Must visit place

Had an great surprise dinner plan arranged by resort and chef Yuvraaj prepared very delicious vegetarian food and Syed manger at WHISTLER CAFE was very helpful and taking care of all diner and Resort stay was very pleasant and has many activities

It was an awesome stay at great trails. The hospitality was great. The property is nice to stay. The food was yummy and staff was very courteous. My kids enjoyed a lot there. There is a play section where they can spend quality time. Thank you for your service.

Stay is good and facilities are great… Location is beautiful with some good in house activities. Complementaries could be improved.. Visited for a trip and enjoyed thoroughly through out or stay, good staff and good service. Food tastes good with great ambience.

This was the 2nd resort we stayed in during our Kodai visit. It was pleasant stay with amazing view of the misty hills n valley. Rooms are located at different elevations, thus each room getting great view of the valley. Rooms are large with premium wooden finish and large glass windows to view the mesmerising landscape. Hotel staff was cordial, food was great, playing area for kids was decent. Because of rain, we couldn’t enjoy adventure facilities like zip line, rope climbing n all, but dat wud have certainly added to the experience.

We had perfect stay with superb nature locations. We are came here for business conference with my office colleagues. This resorts has awesome nature with mountain vally view. They are maintained the room is too good. The food is so yummy. I should need to write staffing service from the reception to service staffs and all the resorts staffs are so courteous and so friendly approchable. They arranged us cocktail dinner with DJ. That was so good experience. We never had experienced in my life. The GReaT trails kodai actually is so great. Thank you so much for your lovely hospitality service.
