She insisted on payment of the deposit even though we informed her to put ‘no post’ and that we would pay on the spot if we ordered, but she declined. We paid, then went to the pool. At Rocca, we wanted to post the charges to the room, but they didn’t accept, saying we have no credit on the room. We returned to the room and called the operator; a lady answered and assisted. She apologized and informed us that the receptionist forgot to remove the ‘no post’. We found this unacceptable, as we had discussed the ‘no post’ and everything during check-in. The girl from operator was very nice and helpful; many thanks to her (sorry, I forgot her name). We also informed the reservation about our request for a high-floor room and that we are celebrating our anniversary, but we did not find anything arranged for us, unlike other five-star hotels and resorts. Additionally, we did not get a high-floor room, which I understand is subject to availability. The room smelled bad, and the bathrobe was not clean. In general, I didn’t like it, and it was really a bad experience. I regret to choose this hotel to celebrate my anniversary.
