We stayed here one night on a two week road trip. The room was large with living room l, kitchenette and large work space. It was clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable. The TV was at a strange angle between the sofa and bed making it awkward to watch it from either place. The breakfast was adequate and expected for this brand. Staff were nice and helpful. Location was great to explore the historical area and to find places to eat. It was not walking distance but an easy drive. My only complaint was that it was way overpriced for what it was. The one night mid-week rate was more than we paid anywhere else during our trip. We stayed exclusively in Hilton properties in the mid-Atlantic area including downtown Baltimore and Pittsburgh.
The hotel can't be that old (maybe 5 yrs) and the construction is shotty. We got an ADA compliant room which was fine however it was not s/up for a non-disabled person. No towel rods in the bathroom (you could use the grab bars) and no hook on the back of the door. The tile grout was missing making some tiles loose. The shower head was coming out of the wall. The handrail in the stairwell was coming apart. AND....after our first night the room was made up without replacing our towels which was fine as we hung them up. After the 2nd night and leaving our usual gratuity on the pillow...the GRATUITY WAS GONE, our garbage cans were emptied but nothing else! I reported it to the front desk that apologized and issued us clean towels. She said she would report it to the Housekeeping manager...we heard nothing about it. Debris remained on the floor of the hallway the entire 4 days were there. Overall, disappointing.

Eelizabeth57ElkridgeWe stayed here for two nights when we attended an event at the hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel. The rooms were nice and had all the amenities I expect from a Garden Inn. The downstairs lobby, breakfast area and bar were comfortable and inviting. I cannot say enough about the staff. In particular I would like to mention Lisa and Carla in the dining room and Chrissie (may not be spelled correctly) from housekeeping. The location is good for anywhere you might be going in Dover.
RRP cThe personnel were outstanding, and the accommodations were comfy and well-kept. To ensure we had a great time, they went above and beyond. We checked in early, at around 10am, and they were quite accommodating. I was impatient since we arrived at the motel so early. This was a significant benefit. Fresh and delicious breakfast is served. Definitely will recommend my friends.
ゲゲストThe most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Bugs all over, bed, shower, floor etc. Water wouldn’t drain out of the sink and that was upon arrival before we used anything and the water that was in the sink was dirty. One bed felt ok, the other virtually collapsed when you sat on it. Table leg missing, security bolt on door had 1 screw, domestic dispute outside room and when the front desk was notified, they responded with, “if you’re bothered by it call the police”. We were booked for 2 nights, survived one and then checked out and even with proof and pictures of all the above they have the audacity to still charge us an OVER inflated rate for both nights with NO refund. Wyndham should be more than ashamed to have their name on this building.
