Great Hotel. Good place. Great Restaurants. Clean and cozy and kind staffs.Good breakfast.

Location is not good accessible to metro station although it is nearby, because the road is not even if you have luggage to pull. Of course it is convenient if you don’t have bigger bags. It is nearby airport and a metro station It’s also a surprise that the hotel has a shuttle service to a shopping mall if you’re keen to shop Overall the hotel is worthy of money. However the class of 5 star is misleading in terms of overall standard of the hotel Thanks Thanks Breakfast is favourable to Korean . It seems not a 5 star hotel standard in terms of the breakfast if you’re not a Korean. Service is good and outside is not

From my entering the hotel I was greeted by a very friendly lady at reception, everything was smooth and checkout was quick and easy.

攜程訂購了含早餐，入駐的時候前台卻説不含早餐。請他去核對，耗費了十幾分鍾才核對確認含早餐。態度很不友好。 另外還要求另外付款600元的現金按金。

First time we book to this hotel ..I was very satisfied and happy for the service and facilities it was clean , good spot for staycation . . . I'm very happy to come back again to this hotel ..and I guarantee and refered this to all my friends this hotel ..

吹風機估計衹是個擺設，吹不動，房間裏連梳子也沒，更別提洗刷用品。

部屋の設備は古い、ホテルの遮音効果は良くない、近くの空港では飛行機の離着陸の轟音が絶えず、ホテル内のバーのKTVの騒音は2時半まで鳴りやまない朝はホテルの出入りが複雑なので、出張での宿泊はお勧めしません
