Great hotel the service is very good and their restaurant flavours the server Hussain and Ahmad is very very good. I did not expect to be treated this good in a 3 star hotel. Kudo's to the team. I will definitely book again in the future as their service is on top!

The hospitality is impeccable! My home sickness was unpresent because i felt right at home. From the welcomness and cheerful faces of everyone at the reception: Babar, Osama, Rizwan and Anas to the helpfulness of Girgis, Ansar or housepkeeping!

Hotel in a great shape for business travelers who looks for a peaceful place to stay. I liked the idea of the underground lounge they have, also self services laundry was stress free to such people like me, in a very budget limit 5 AED for 7 KG wash .. what a great value is it. Kudos to the hotel team who is really professional with the hotel information and service. I loved it and I will be back for sure.

An excellent hotel with all modern amenities. Staff is very polite and friendly. Great location. Close to Metro. Ideal place to live if you are on a budget in Dubai. Kudos to the GM and his team for managing all the guests and maintaining the property. Will book again for sure and recommend my friends and family.

Love it, staff at the reception are super friendly and kind special thanks to Isama, Rizwan, Baber, and Anas. Also Housekeeping staff are great chawkat, Danoshka, praveen and kul. The beautiful part they have washing machines at a very low cost. ♥️

OMG .. too much dirty in the room . Not proper housekeeping before guest using socks hair 🤮. The reception not respect . Service zero. They need to proper training .... .. what is the hotel service they don't know .. How to manage and how is going on .. q

I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Anas for accommodating me despite coming as a walk-in solo guest without prior booking. This hotel is clean, safe, secured, has the basic amenities, and staff are the nicest, friendliest and most helpful. It's very cost effective, I'm sure to come back and I'm definitely recommending it to friends and acquaintances.

We went with our family last week and it was one of the best hotels we've stayed so far! The room is clean and in good size the staff are all so kind and always smiling as well. Special Thanks to Mr Babar Ali who always helped us! Hope to be back again.
