This hotel has some good things about it and some bad. Let's start with the good... The lobby area is pretty with lots of space. There is a restaurant on site. They serve coffee along a bar that is free in the morning. There is cold water out all day. The room we had was very nice with a king size bed and a sofa bed. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The bed was a bit hard for us, but that is subjective. The room we were given was very quiet, which we appreciated. Now let's talk about the not so good. The service. I checked in on the Marriott app and requested a mobile key which I was told that would come my way, once our room was ready. When we arrived at the hotel, we still had not received our mobile key so had to go to the desk, where we had to check in again! When I asked why I was having to do this again and why I didn't receive a mobile key, I was told the mobile key has to done manually at the hotel and they were too busy. We chose to stay at this hotel because they had a special to receive two passes per day for the Dublin Festival, which is why we were there. Once we checked in and I requested our passes, we weren't on their list. I was then told that we hadn't chosen the rate that included the passes. I told them I went through the Dublin Festival website to book the room. We had booked an AAA rate, where the passes weren't included. We were offered the opportunity to increase the rate to the rate that included the passes, which we chose to do. They then went to get our passes and only gave us for one day and had to be asked for the second day, which was included in the rate. The other couple that we were with, checked in a bit later and had the same issue, but they weren't offered the option of changing their rate to get the passes. We were told this same situation had happened to several other people and that it was a ”glitch” in their system. The linens on the bed are fine, but as with many hotels, there is now only a top sheet with a duvet. As it happens, the duvet is too heavy for me and I'm so hot I don't sleep. Turning the temperature down just doesn't work. Our first morning there, I asked the maid in the hallway by our room, if she could please leave a blanket for us and she told us yes. On the way out the front door, I stopped at the desk and asked if we could please have a blanket put in our room and I was told no problem. We were gone until early evening and when we got back to our room, there was no blanket. I called down to the desk and asked for a blanket and was told no problem. An hour and a half later, the blanket arrived. I was told sorry for the delay, but she was busy. The morning of our departure, I went to the desk at 8:00am to check out. There was no one at the desk. I stood and waited, and waited, and waited. Someone in the restaurant must have seen that I'd been standing there for a while and came over to see if someone had helped me. When I told her no, she went around to the back to get someon
