The Hotel is just OK. The size of the room is just the size of bed. There is no space for few steps in the room. The space between bed and bathroom is one feet. Room wise worst hotel ever seen. The price is more than 4 star hotel. Quite old building.

A beautiful and relaxing place to stay. It was clean and comfortable and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again. It’s a bit of a walk to the main area of central Dublin. But there are cafes and restaurants within a couple of minutes walking distance, so it’s well placed.

Superb ! Calm, restful, perfect bed, superbly appointed fixtures and fittings. A joy to be there for business....I'll be back for all other trips to Dublin in the future. Although I'm reluctant to continue writing this review as it will only make Waterloo House too popular... I might not get in next time.

Stayed here during the week and had a fabulous night's sleep. The room was very comfortable, huge ensuite with a large and powerful shower. The fridge in the room was wonderful and 2 complimentary bottles of water a really lovely touch. There is a coffee making machine in the room with pods and another one in the foyer with more options - all free of charge. Parking was in front and free! Check in was easy and the gentleman we dealt with was very helpful. We will return!

Beautiful guesthouse in fantastic location! The staff were incredibly accomodating as we landed very early in the morning and were able to drop our bags and check a little earlier in the afternoon! Beds are super comfortable and the room had everything we needed!

The Butler Court was the perfect location and atmosphere for our short time in Kilkenny. Yvonne is a pure delight and we felt like long lost friends upon our arrival. The room was prepared with little extras, which helped to build the ‘expected guest’ feeling. The location is right in the heart of town, yet positioned away from any noise concerns. Our only mistake was not booking for two nights. Kilkenny has a lot to offer and we had to skim it quickly.

Fabulous small boutique hotel. Beautiful, comfortable suite overlooking the garden. Convenient and quiet location, within reasonable walking distance to top areas. Very friendly and helpful staff, available to assist at every opportunity. Highly recommended, book direct for best results.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Very charming, so comfortable and welcoming. Was decorated perfectly and everything was accessible. We loved the espresso machine in the lobby too! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back!
