ラディソン ラッカワーナ ステーション ホテル スクラントン(Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel Scranton)

We had a delightful stay at the Radisson in Scranton, PA. The hotel is historic and beautiful. Lots of marble and decorative wood. It is an old train depot and located right behind it is the University of Scranton’s soccer field which we enjoyed watching practice. Right across the street is a nice restaurant as well as having one in the hotel. We had a delicious breakfast with a very nice waiter. Everything about our stay was first class.

I had an excellent stay for 3 days. Nice hotel as Scranton is near a few ski areas. Hot tub was romantic, and room was very big. Staff was friendly. Parking was onsite but $5. The hotel is worth the experience as it is an old railroad train station and you will probably not stay in anything like it in your life.

Bar and club across the street had a loud band that kept me up until 3am and staff said they could not do anything about it. Loud in hotel at night. Restaurant in hotel had poor meal service. Took over an hour to get a sandwich.

Unusual to have a property have a good bar two good dining venues beautiful hotel and great staff. Our favorite.

No blackout shades. Light coming in from street lights at night and the sun in my face all morning while I was trying to sleep. Terrible. Ruined my stay

Rooms need an update, tv with limited channels and old, shower was too small, especially for a man, refrigerator didn’t work

Our TV didn’t work in our first room, however the front desk staff was very quick to move rooms, add an upgrade and even help us move rooms, no questions asked. They even called the room to ensure we were satisfied! The Trax restaurant inside the hotel is absolutely amazing!!!! Everyone is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels that I have ever stayed in. A historical train station transformed into an elegant hotel, restaurant, and bar. Everything is immaculately clean, architecture is superb, the people who work here are absolutely amazing, friendly, happy, and so helpful. Comfortable beds and a**osphere. Fantastic date night restaurant on site, Carmen's 2.0, the food was perfection, our hostess and waitress was phenomenal and so personable. Gorgeous restaurant/bar, Trax, also on site with great happy hour specials and bar tenders. This is a perfect get away for a romantic weekend. You never have to leave the property, but if you do you are surrounded by history at every turn.
