One night stop here en route to Muscat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were well equipped and lovely sea view.

The massage from Mimi was out of this world!! By far the best massage I've ever had. The facial scrub at the end was the cherry on top, I could tell she was very passionate about what she does. I loved every minute. OUTSTANDING job, thank you soo soo much Mimi!

Spent almost 3 weeks here. General atmosphere was quiet and nice. Well decorated spaces. Had great experience in terms of customer service, the staff were nice and friendly. Especially Saiful who work in SOUQ restaurant and the out door garden.

We spent a very nice evening in the garden. SAIFUL was very professional and kind providing us promptly all what we needed for an enjoyable evening. Maybe it was one of the last chance to spent the evening outside before windy season starts. Thank you, SAIFUL, Thank you, Crowne Plaza Duqm

The dinner buffet experience was fantastic. The food were delicious and dish variety compliments with each other. Kudos to the wonderful and professional service of food and beverage team. Special mention to Ms. Rowelyn and her team who made our mother's day celebration memorable.

Beautiful property, great food and very attentive and friendly staff! From the front desk, to the servers, the spa and barber; everyone is great. Sadequel and Vijay from housekeeping were exceptional. I never had to ask for anything. No complaints. I recommend.
