We stayed there 3 nights Hotel secure Hotel clean Nice covered pool Tennis court Gym And a very nice staff all around Free coffe in the lobby We asked for extra cover The housekeeping staff excellent and nice This place is number one in Durango Mx
I would like to thank the hotel maintenance employee Francisco, he assisted my husband with two flat tyre’s and drove him to a local garage to replace them and fit them. He was so helpful and kind. We will definitely stay here again
I reserved this place three to four months prior to my stop! I reserved two beds on the first floor because I know this place and they don't have an elevator and I have a heart condition. When we arrived I was given a room with one bed on the second floor and was told they did not have any rooms on the first floor left with two double beds. I arrived at 3 pm and the parking lot was empty. The AC in the room sounded like a jet engine when turned on and was told by maintenance that was the only speed it had. I found out why at 11:30 when the music and singing started below our window. Without a blasting AC which you could not sleep next to you could not sleep with the music and singing. We packed up and left at 12 midnight and drove for an additional 12 hours to our destination after driving 9 hours to get to this hotel. I am done with Holiday Inn after this experience! You can stay at a dump hotel and have a better stay with less grief than this place. Many other issues not noted in this review!

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The room is decent. We had a twin room. The room is not really large and had only one chair, a desk bench in front of the window and a bit of storage space behind a curtain. The breakfast was decent, although mainly to the Mexican taste. The breakfast area is in the lobby and coffee and tea is available the whole day. We had the ask the cleaner to do our room, but she was happy to assist us and she did a good job. The beds are short. The shower was not so good. It took very long to get hot water, but when the water became hot, it was OK. The staff did not speak English very well. The hotel is located next to a shopping mall. Free parking is in the car park of the mall. Overall I can recommend this hotel as it is quite modern to Mexican standards.
