Very good, I will come back here again

房間是我此次旅行期間性價比最高的酒店，套間，面積很大，服務人員大部分講西語，但很熱情。有24小時歡迎咖啡和小餅乾，早餐也還不錯。去附近的阿米時小鎮非常近。入住的客人也非常友好，是個安全、舒適的區域。

Canceled at check in. Required a $200 deposit because I was local. Also wouldn’t accept my credit card because it had my maiden name on it. But the same card was used to pay for my room which was good enough for my room charge. Very very rude front desk staff. Did not stay.

Clean lobby and room suite. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very sociable. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean. Bathroom was completely renovated - looks brand new. Pool and fitness room were also very clean. We'll definitely return.

I have a Sd, they don’t want your SD near the food, understandable! I out him in a down/stay position 5 ft away from me went up by the food, the night manager proceeded to tell me he is required to be at my side on a leash (which isn’t what the ADA states!). In addition to that she stated this clear across the room in front of 3 other associates, it was more than embarrassing! I will be filing a formal complaint with the ada and will be including the footage off my body came for evidence. Everything is prepackaged at breakfast, absolutely no care or concern for the environment, so much waste 😞 Sheets looked dirty, blood on one of them. Took it off the bed and threw it on the floor. Planned on extending my stay another week but I will never stay more recommend this establishment! Hotel please don’t respond with the typical “please contact us with more information or the fake apologies!) I’d suggest training on SD’s and proper ADA regulations and the rights of us that require a SD!

We had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the beds are great! Even the people who maintain the hotel are very courteous We are already recommending your hotel to others. P.S. We loved being able to have a cookie and tea when we arrived back after seeing a play one evening. It hit the spot.

Our room was very clean and very quiet. We did not have any issues with our room. We didn’t have breakfast there. We came in on a Friday night and stayed the weekend. We were able to find parking while we stayed but we didn’t see a lot of parking there. Only complaint when we checked in on Friday night the girl that checked us in was not friendly and I would consider rude. Every one else that worked there was very friendly.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is great and the rooms are perfect. Shopping and restaurants are very close. We loved it and will be staying again.
