I bought a Groupon for Skin and Slim Solutions and it was Ganesha Wellness Spa going under another name. Hard to make a booking. Really poor customer service. Forgets you’re in the treatment room because she is so busy. Treatment time was 1.5 hours but I was there 3 hours due to waiting around and poor customer service. She tried to add on extra costs when I paid for an added treatment by saying it was in the fine print. It’s not in the fine print. I do not recommend and I will not be going back.

We were expecting a boutique feel but were disappointed by the lack of nice touches. The room was clean, comfortable and location good. No secure parking nearby. No Covid safety at all. Nowhere to hang wet towels and no milk or sugar in the room...we could ask for it, but expected it to be there. Breakfast provided but not explained.
