Very comfortable bed, very nice hot breakfast in the morning with good variety, quick and easy check in and check out. Would recommend!

We really liked everything about this place. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and updated, the pool and hot tub area was clean. The only sort of odd thing was the toilet was really really low to the ground, I’ve never experienced anything like that before. I’m not a remarkably tall person but it was shorter than the bathtub and the trash can. Very uncomfortable but it was the only thing that really wasn’t great, everything else was perfect.

I am a healthcare traveler and this is my last week on contract at the hospital directly across the street from here. This week, I finally decided to try the Hampton (there are a plethora of lodging options in this corner of Eau Claire). Honestly, I should have tried it sooner! If I could rate this place 1 million stars I would! Amazing coffee and tea options, right down to the last detail (packets of juiced lemon & Brach's honey), even the whirlpool changes colors! And lasts a full 20 minutes when you turn the dial! It was definitely worth every penny I spent and then some. The pool / whirlpool also have chair lifts for the disabled, so they too may enjoy. Early check-in and super nice desk staff. Amazing! Don't miss this place - it easily is worth the cost and is less expensive than other higher-scale nearby options.

The initial impression of the property was that it was tired, old, and dirty. There were all sorts of problems at the front desk, other people were waiting to check in, and we decided that that Mom went that we would forfeit our stay and pay the one night penalty. We had no desire to stay at this location. What is happening to Hampton Inn? We ended up in to a Home2 Suites, which is a much better Hilton property.

Our stay was comfotable. Breakfast was good. Bed and bathroom great. Nice and clean. Price of the room was very resonable. Highly recommend this hotel. This should be your first call if you need a place to stay.

Love that the pool and hot tub area is open early morning until midnight, huge plus for this property :)

I need a refund. Hottub was broke and we switched to different hotel. They said they wouldn’t enforce penalties

The carpet could definitely be replaced in the rooms. Other than that was a great stay!
