コートヤード オデッサ(Courtyard Odessa)

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the night shift girl. Z. This hotel has gone down hill over the last year or so. The front desk in the mornings is by far the worst. I believe the manager dislikes us, the guests. She made me feel like I was bothering her, even at check in. No cold air in room, phone didn't work, elevator didn't work, tvs in breakfast area didn't work. Breakfast for us was yogurt, cold coffee, pastries and frozen sandwiches. Awful. Z was energetic, hepful, friendly and her energy was contagious. She apologized for all the things that went wrong for us, made us coffee extremely early, was attentive and was the only positive person that we came in contact with during our stay. Fortunately and unfortunately. Please give this girl a raise.

Just stayed one night so didn’t get to use or see all areas and facilities, but our room was clean and very good size. Loved the shower and would definitely recommend

Courtyard Marriott was a great stay. Check-in was easy, all the employees were super friendly, and they had amenities onsite, not to mention multiple restaurants within walking distance so we didn’t have to drive until we left. Very comfy beds and spacious rooms. There’s a little grassy area for dogs out front. 10/10 would stay again

Staff was courteous, and the hotel was clean and near a lot of dininig options! We came to town to see the eclipse, and if we are ever back that way, we would stay here again!

Better than expected compared to most oil field hotels. Clean and comfortable for sure. Only complaint is that they do not offer breakfast on weekends at all.

I rented two rooms. One was pet friendly, they charged me twice for the pet fee and they would not accept that it was being charged twice, didn't get credit, very disappointed. Big mix up with the reservations. On their website they offer breakfast 2 for $20. There was no hot breakfast. They did supply regular coffee and pastries. I didn't pay for breakfast. Staff on duty were kind but couldn't figure out the confusion with reservations.

The toilet in my room ran constantly. I complained to no avail. The prices on breakfast items is RIDICULOUS ! I won’t ever stay here again!

Great experience overall. Would stay here again if I am back in the area.

This is a nice place to stay. The property is clean and well kept and the staff is always friendly.
