Absolutely amazing!

The waffle maker during breakfast was nice to have and enjoy. And staff are very accommodating. Check out states 11am on the hotel sign but on ******* it says noon. So we left at noon and no one gave us an issue.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hotel, it was not announced anywhere that the pool and hot tub were closed. Also, the room was super stuffy/moldy smelling and then the a/c was so very loud, it made it difficult to sleep. Then the guests upstairs were so loud, running, stomping, slamming doors, loud music all at 2am! I call and informed the front desk but to no avail. Our bathroom was so musty, had rust stains all over and the hot water was super slow to be heated up. We're not satisfied with our stay and feel like we were way overcharged for a poor quality hotel.

When I arrived at the property, I was highly disappointed that one of my filters was access to the pool only to find out that the pool was closed down indefinite not to mention I arrive before check out time to make sure that I was on time and still, the room was unavailable at my scheduled time The room was not sanitary. The hot tub was not clean and did not work properly. The TV was limited channels. I was definitely unsatisfied and will never return to this facility. There was limited food availability in the area. The pictures on the website look a lot better than the rooms actually are it’s more like a hotel than a motel For the price and the holding fee it was absurd if you’re looking for a good place to stay please avoid going to this place

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean except the shower curtain was dirty. Room service provided everyday. Only food is breakfast and the front desk. Wish they had a kitchen or a bar.

My stay was nothing short than amazing. From the hassle-free check in, to the friendly staff, immaculate rooms, and free breakfast. I was pleased to stay at the Fairfield and I would definitely revisit and recommend to friends and family!!!

I have never been welcomed at any hotel by someone like Norma. She was such a gem! About the hotel itself the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The room was very clean as well. We will return next weekend!

Staff was accomodating and friendly. The variety of food choices for breakfast and coffee 24/7. Major Kudos to ladies who work during breakfast. They were friendly and always kept the food coming. Ladies who put fresh towel and tidies are room were very patient with us

Everything was great with this property except the noisy under window climate control unit which kept me awake all night. Room 201. Other than that, great stay and liked facilities and room.
