The people were wonderful, accommodations terrific and the food yummy. A completely delightful experience! More than we had hoped for!!

Our three days at Tintswalo were amazing. We had thrilling game drives along with excellent service, very comfortable surroundings and delicious food and drinks. A special experience our entire family will never forget.

Tinstwalo Safari Lodge offers you a true Safari Experience in a luxury environment with a very homely feel. Guides are professional, making it their promise to try and show you as much wildlife, fauna and flora in the area that they possibly can.' The staff are welcoming from the get go. Spoiling guests with their care and attention. Accommodation is five star! Our beautifully private suite opening to a deck with a plunge pool overlooked the bush where we could view birdlife and other game from our pool loungers. The fully stocked fridge was constantly replenished if we used any of the contents. The food offered is of great quality and so well presented. Dining on the deck with Ellies, in the boma or out in the veld - it is all of the highest standard. Tintswalo is home from home but with all the treats and spoils of a luxury lodge. This place left us speechless from the get go ! I have never in my life been so surprised and amazed by every little detail the way this place, staff and guides have made it their full time job to keep you on your toes not knowing what the next surprise will be ! The friendliness and warm heartedness that we experienced from the team at Tintswalo was exceptional ! The scenery with animals made us feel as if we were part of a real live wildlife documentary! We saw the big 5 on our first and last day amongst many other spectacular sightings. My family and I came with high expectations with regards to this Safari lodge as a whole and the reality is it exceeded those expectations by a long shot ! Thanks once again to everyone at the lodge for making it the highlight of our trip ! Three and a half days of safari drives at Tintswalo Lodge were above the top in our books! From the first night when we saw a lion kill followed by tracking a leopard in the dark, our game drives were spectacular. We saw all the big animals except for the elusive cheetah and experienced an extraordinary event of a pride of lions roaring! The rest of the safari lodge experience was exceptional also. Beautiful setting, extremely comfortable rooms and absolutely delicious meals made it a vacation to cherish.

The location was top notch overlooking the dry river bed. Hyena, monkeys, nyala, baboons and elephant frequently visit the lodge. The food was very delicious and served by friendly staff. The rooms are always spotlessly clean including fully stocked min bars. The game viewing experience in second to none especially with the lodge traversing with the neighbouring properties. I really loved my two nights stay at Tintswalo Safari Lodge and K will definitely refer anyone looking for an authentic safari experience there.
