プレイ エイラト(Play Eilat Hotel)

Lovely small hotel with a lot of personal attention. Since there were not many rooms in the hotel we got friendly with the entire staff. My wife is disabled and we got a larger room with the special facilities for disabled. I would suggest expanding the breakfast a bit, I think that would be make the hotel perfect.

Small and clean hotel with friendly staff. Located in a walking distance from the promenade, restaurants, malls, etc.

This hotel is amazing. Staff are wonderful, especially the guy on reception, Hezi.They are very helpful. Hotel is clean, wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice. Pool is lovely and clean. Would return to this hotel if ever I am in Eilat again. We only stayed for 2 nights, no complaints. There is a fridge and safe in the room.

Great boutique hotel. Center location, close to the beach and restaurants. Staff was super friendly (receptionist -Katya and Hezi, Yossi from maintenance, even cleaning guys were super attentive and you cant forget Georget 😜) Will defendly stay there on our next visit to Israel

Nice little hotel in an excellent and convenient location. STAFF WAS SUPERB! For the friendliness of the staff, I will *absolutely* stay here again. Everyone was great - from the check-in folks, to the housekeeping, just an absolute pleasure. The only suggestions I would have is the TVs could do with an upgrade, and perhaps slightly better blankets...but this is really a nitpick.

As per other reviews i was asked to pay again, with an hours argument at reception. It was only resolved when i was able to show my bank account with money paid to *******. Laundry carts in halways permanently. Returned to room to find cleaners had left the room door wide open for the day. Good breakfast

This is not a 5 star hotel but for the price we paid and the location and the staff it was great! It was clean the beds we’re comfortable and it was close to the beach promenade. All we needed!

I ‘ve really enjoyed this authentic boutique hotel, very nice and friendly stuff , tasty and fresh breakfast, all the time you can get good coffee, clean and stylish rooms, an amazing location next to the sea and everything you need, price was great for what we got, thank you

Just arrived to Play Eilat. No parking. Don’t trust what they advertise they only have 20 spaces I suppose and they were all filled up. This will require us to pay for parking in the morning. It’s only free street parking on Tarshish 9pm to 9am. Staying in room 304: full of gnats/flies. It’s gross. Not super clean a**osphere. I’ve stayed at The Vera in Tel Aviv, The King Solomon in Tevaria, and Cassia in Jerusalem. All those were more comfortable than Play Eilat with regard to the rooms.
