ロイヤル ビーチ エイラット バイ イスロテル エクスクルーシブ(Royal Beach Eilat by Isrotel Exclusive)

We booked the Riviera for a 3 night stay but were upgraded by Isrotel to the Royal Garden. I had booked 2 rooms for my family but they phoned us before arrival and offered us a very large family suite instead. The room was beautiful, had everything we needed (2 bathrooms, 7 beds, a garden), a kitchen area. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, set around a courtyard with alot of trees and various pools. Shame a few of the pools were closed and they didn't tell us that in advance. The hotel is very close to the beach, and also to shops. We had a great time

We returned to the hotel after a long absence (corona). We had a great time. The staff is wonderful, the hotel is well maintained, the Bobes restaurant is excellent for breakfast and La Cucina restaurant for dinner, the pool is clear, pleasant and inviting, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. In short - we will gladly return.

Mediocre hotel. Over priced. Over rated. Old and run down. Very Crowded and claustrophobic in the lobby, lounge areas and dining rooms.

The staff has no experience how to treat a guest with respect. upon our arrive our room wasn’t clean and then on the next day I asked the housekeeper that was cleaning our room to take a better care on the cleaning and I give him a tip. definitely this hotel is not a four star maybe 3 star they only started treating us good once we started complaining definitely this is not professional. I wish that everyone that chose this hotel know what to expect!!!

A very poor standard hotel. It is not clean and the staff is very rude. The breakfast is very poor. We waited for rooms until 6pm and it seems to be a common thing. We asked several times for shampoo because even when the room is cleaned they don't put any shampoo and we had to wait 3 hours for shampoo!!!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days with 2 kids. It was absolutely fabulous. The food was delicious, the service was stunning and the rooms are absolutely comfortable. Even though it was the summer vacation it didnt felt crowded. We will definitely come back

The hotel is really one of the best in israel in my opinion.Its start from the reception through the waiter that helps you find a best place at the dinner for you, a plenty lifeguards at the pool so i feel safe to leave my child for a minute alone.the food is delicious and a L-O-T of choice for each one.

Perfect! Everything was simply amazing: the food, the service, the size of the room, the pool, the private beach, the cleanliness and the design. The only problem was finding a parking spot since the hotel was full. Also, it’s quite expensive but at least you feel that you’ve got the best for your money.

Here we are again , at the most beautiful Hotel in Eilat and by far the best of all others. As usual we are so happy to write this review again , thanking everyone for the amazing welcome. Edie our dearest friend you and your team keep the standards of the Isrotel chain for so many years , remembering every detail regarding our preferences. Thank you Moran and Ziv for the personal care you take of our family and let us feel at home. Sima and Ella for checking up on us all the time making sure we are happy and satisfied and we always are. This review hasn’t changed for so many years and that is the main reason for always coming back. We would like to mention the life guard at the pool Ugeene who I was watching all morning how he sees everything that is going on not taking his eyes off for a second while guests enter the pool with little babies not understanding minimal regulations . He was super polite and assertive!!! Hopping to meet Mr Avi Ross the new general Manager to thank him in person. See you all next time The Roup family
