Great hotel in El Calafate. Walking distance to the main boulevard but on a quiet street. Feels like a European Ski Chalet. Our room was clean and bright, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. Special mention to Daniel who helped us with our Tours, thank you! Lovely Spa and heated Swimming pool which was a welcome reprieve after a very cold and windy tour of the glaciers. Would highly receommend.

This hotel is located a couple of blocks away from the center of town. It's very easy to walk yo the restaurants and shops. The hotel is comfortable but a little tired. Our bathroom shower/ was on the smaller size. The buffet breakfast was good and has an omlet station. They have a heated pool that is about 89° and heavily chlorinated. Still a very relaxing thing to do after climbing a lot of steps.

as a group we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights after a stay at Rio Serrano in Torres Del Paine- El Calafate would allow our group to see Los Glaciares national park- This hotel has 2 wings: 1. Old wing with "Motel 6" rooms :rooms are old, very small, 2 single beds, barely any room to walk around or to open up our luggage- The electrical outlets do not work, the pipes and drains in the bathroom are super old , and stinky- that was room 110 -all rooms on the ground floor and possibly on the upper floor are this old, un-renovated. we requested another room, we were given room 244 in the newer wing ( allegedly renovated) - room is bigger, 2 single beds, enough space to put 2 large pieces of luggage- My friend said: the bathroom in their room in the "renovated" wing stinks despite opening all windows. Breakfast: continental, omelet station is very good, dining area spacious- I would NOT recommend this hotel, definitely NOT at the price they charged us.

We checked in at 10am. The gentleman who checked us in said our room would be ready in about an hour. It wasn’t, and the gentleman who checked us in had disappeared. We finally got access to our room about 1pm. The room was as far away from the front desk as you could get. Internet access was very poor and sketchy. Sometimes there was no signal at all. The room was very “tired and worn” from the furniture to the bathroom. The shower was barely big enough to turn around in, the fixtures were old and worn and the grout was dirty. It was stifling hot in the room, even though the radiator was off. Since we were on the ground floor, we didn’t feel comfortable opening a window at night to let in cool air. The front desk person promised a fan, which never materialized. We had a tea pot, but no cups, coffee or tea. When we requested coffee at the front desk, they directed us to the bar. The bar person thought we wanted prepared coffee delivered as room service. Finally the front desk person intervened and said she would have cups and coffee packets delivered to the room. When we got back from dinner, we had cups and tea bags – no coffee. The next day, at 3pm, the cups we had used for tea that morning, had not been picked up and no new cups or tea/coffee delivered. We reported that to the front desk and the old cups were picked up, but we never got new cups and tea bags for the next day. They tried to charge us for items in the mini bar that we did not consume. The room was very noisy, as it is on a busy side street, plus you could hear people coming and going in the hallway and on the floor above us moving around. The bed pillows were very uncomfortable; the sheets were too small for the bed and kept coming loose and the blanket was very old – unsanitary? On a positive note, the public areas were very nice and comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. The bar upstairs from the spa was quite nice, as was the restaurant. The lobby area, and bar/restaurant adjacent were both pleasant. On the whole, staff were friendly and helpful, though lots of miscommunications occurred during our stay.

Older hotel in a great location in downtown Calafate. We had a 2 room suite, and it was very spacious, with a mini-fridge and two bathrooms. A huge soaking tub came in handy after some strenuous hikes, the rooms look a little tired, and a simple refresh would do some good. We had dinner in the bar one evening, and the drinks were terrible, and the food was mediocre. However, the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. This is a very busy hotel, and it is a lovely older hotel with lots of charm. You are a minute’s walk from the main shopping street, and a ton of wonderful restaurants, so my advice is the stay her and eat elsewhere. The grounds are kept beautifully, including their own golf course.

The hotel os ok. Needs some updates. Cleaning is ok but not great. Location is good.

This seemed like one of the more upscale hotels in El Calafate. The grounds were very pretty, the room was an adequate size and very clean, personnel were very friendly and helpful and the dining room food (breakfast) was very good. Also, hotel was in convenient location to walk to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel situato in un contesto molto bello, vicino al centro di El Calafate, immerso nel verde e circondato da olmi e da un meraviglioso campo da golf. Architettura tipica che ricorda un ranch di montagna, le camere sono spaziose ma forse andrebbero un pochino rinnovate nell'arredo così come i bagni, per il resto tutto molto pulito e curato. La colazione, molto buona, viene servita in un locale all'esterno che alla sera è anche ristorante "a la carte" e dove si possono gustare piatti tipici, dal pesce alla carne, ottimi. Un aperitivo presso il bar Hummus prima di cena è d'bbligo.

Hotel muito bom, antigo mas bem conservado. Apartamentos confortáveis e muito bonitos principalmente os dos andares superiores. Incomoda um pouco o restaurante e o café da manhã estão em outro prédio do complexo, sair do prédio do hotel para o prédio do restaurante nessa época de muito frio é um pouco inconveniente. Mas vale muito a pena. Recomendo.
