離機場挺近，出行也還算方便；名字好記（很意外這個也是加分項嗎？語言不通…這個名字似乎很多人知道，包括的士司機，所以…），工作人員很友善。 附近有一些大使館，所以這一片應該是比較安全的。比較推薦～

早餐不錯，位置好找，環境不錯，出酒店大門，直行400多米，就一個本地較大的超市，突尼斯mall.購物方便。酒店裡不提供拖鞋，不提供一次性牙刷牙膏，需要自帶。

This’s my second time I stay at this hotel. It’s nice and quiet place to stay and relax for a night or so. Very convenient if you have a flight next day. it’s 15 minutes away from the airport. I would recommend it for sure

It wasn't good, first I requested twin beds but when I get in the room I found a double bed. Moreover, the door locker was broken. Finally, the breakfast was terrible, I asked for an omelette, they said we have a crepe instead. It is kind of rotation of days one day on and the other day off!!!!!!!!!!

My initial interaction with the front desk staff left a negative impression as it was unhelpful, and I was asked to pay for a half-day rate for just a few early check-in hours. However, my experience took a turn for the better when I encountered the second staff member at the front desk, FAKRI. He was incredibly helpful and displayed a high level of professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I strongly recommend that the hotel management prioritize customer satisfaction and flexibility in their policies. Thanks to FAKRI's outstanding customer service, I am inclined to give this hotel a five-star rating. I urge the management to place a greater emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additionally, the hotel has some issues with the Internet connection on the third floor, where it is weak and slow. It would be beneficial for them to address this issue. Furthermore, having more than one key card for the room would be convenient if there are multiple guests in the room. On a positive note, the restaurant service and food quality are excellent, adding to the overall positive experience during my stay

No electric in my room from 8:30 morning and asked them to back electricity so I can even chargey phoem and make a/c on cause weather so hot. There is no response very bad experience. We paid in advance

The over all inot 4 star hotel its may 2 star the condition of the hotel is poor cleanless is bad we ask many times to change the bed sheets and billow the woman did it with anger there was hair and stains on the sheets the bath room is not clean the accessories arenot available you have to ask many times to bring it . The breakfast is poor in quality esp. The coffee . Over all i didnot recommend it.
