The tantra retreat was awesome! The guided meditations and breathing really helped me to relax and open up to my internal life force and the movements helped me feel my body more sensually. The instructors skillfully introduced elements of tantra, emphasizing the importance of mindfulness and presence. The breathwork exercises really did heighten my sensory experiences – everything was more vivid – colors, tastes, smells, touch. I learned how to charge my chakras, build energy and exchange energy, and how to touch more consciously. I liked that it wasn’t theoretic but very hands-on, so I got to really experience tantra!
