Excelente ubicacion. Muy buen servicio, pero la verdad eria ideal actualizar las instalaciones.

Nos han tratado estupendamente .. la habitación amplia y con una terraza estupenda.. hemos llevado un perrito y ha estado como en casa.. sin duda volveremos

Just back from this hotel we were there for four days after cruise this hotel is so central to everything on the coast with the atlantic waves rolling in hotel could do with revamp but the room we had on premier room basis was immaculate witn a veranda with a view to the waves rolling in room no 1009 couldnt fault it staff are great restaurant a bit hit and miss but bloody marys or champars for breaky cant be bad and peurto de la cruiz is a great place everything handy mcds chinese all types of places to eat and drink would highly reccomend hotel and place

Hotel GOOD, the staff were very helpful one in particular 'YHAUNY', Beds were very comfortable and clean, would stay there again. Evening entertainment on most nights were good. Good choice of food although did get busy in the dinning room.

Great hotel with fantastic staff, good food and daily entertainment. Special thanks to Oscar who was a great help with any queries and went the extra mile to make arrangements for an additional pal who decided to come out for the 2nd week.

This hotel has been wonderful, All the staff has been very friendly , professional and really competent. Food was stupendous with an excellent choice of different cuisine. The outside areas like the garden and swimming pool are awesome. GRACIAS A TODOS.

Lovely room comfy beds nice thick towels room cleaned daily . restaurant plenty of choice not always hot but no buffet style food is but there is a microwave if you wish to use it. meat and a fish option cooked in front of you every night along with the various other hot options staff very helpful .gardens are Immaculate, pool and sunbeds area well kept no saving sunbeds which is nice . no one putting towels on before breakfast and then not using them till lunch, life guard very friendly and helpful.reception staff very helpful and friendly.ALL STAFF a credit to the hotel if you are looking for a reasonable priced hotel with excellent staff in a prime location then look no further

Staff very helpful - The bathroom was not suitable for disabled so they installed drop down arms either side of the Wc. The food is good. If you want a sea-view, bear in mind that the ‘Lido’ bar opposite plays music with a mind numbing bass beat all day until late at night.
