First time being here and i loved it. Nice hotel for families with helpful staff. Food was great and had so many choices Took some beautiful family photos with the hotels photogrqpher David. A very kind mqn and professional photogrqpher. I recommend to come and visit the hotel and take some nice life long lasting family photos with David. I Will definitly come again and i will suggest it to everyone i know.

The best time with my family nice staff the managers and all the staff where the best friendly and welcoming my kids love it activities and the shows at night was amazing food was the best will love to come back to this hotel in the future with my family no problem one love always

My family and myself just had a week holiday here and it was a wonderful holiday throughout, We like to give special thanks to the onsite photographer David , we had a family photo shoot with him and it was a great experience with great quality photos at the end of the, highly recommend to book The waiters on site are all very helpful and friendly especially OGUZAN he was amazing with our little one such a nice guy

This hotel is the best for families. There are many activities where children can spend time. The food was simply wonderful. Everyone was friendly and very understanding. Our rooms were clean and convenient. We came for the first time, but we want to come again. It felt like we were at home, not on holiday. We were very pleased with everything, everyone took great care of us. Especially Aise is a very sweet and fun person. They helped us in everything. We thank the whole team. It was a very nice holiday. We are sure its not our last time in Turkey.

Amazing hotel! The staff can’t do enough for you and it is so clean! The food could be warmer but there is a lot of choice and it’s tasty so we’ve been happy. A special shout out to Ayse and Cian on the entertainment team who were absolutely wonderful! They are both so helpful and friendly. Also to David the photographer who took our beautiful photographs and edited them…brilliant guy!

All the staff were amazing and pleasant to be around! But 3 stood out to me Oguzcan, Can and Sol. Oguzcan was always there to pass you drinks, Can around the beach greeting you with a smile and Sol stood out during the night time entertainment.I really enjoyed my time here!

Highly recommend for families! This was our first time in turkey and definitely won’t be the last. We are a family with a 3 year old and the hotel was perfect for us. We arrived around 2am and check in took about 5 minutes, we also got help taking our luggage to our room. Rooms are lovely, clean and the beds are SO comfortable. We were also close to the pool but noise levels are near to nothing so had no trouble getting my daughter to sleep. Food is lovely, especially the themed nights. One waiter in particular always made an effort to catch up with us and make sure are drinks were always full in the evenings. Unfortunately didn’t get his name but I know his day off is Thursdays. There are different activities all day to join and my daughter loved the evening entertainment. The entertainment staff are lovely and seem to all love their job, always put a smile on my daughter’s face. Alayna town is 15 minute drive (10€) where you can shop, see the castle, visit their beach, harbour and use the cable car. Only downside was the pools were quite cold however we still managed to enjoy them. We’ll definitely be back and is a holiday we’ll always remember
