We had an excellent experience at Garbis Villas in 2014 and 2021. We were really in love with the place, its history and with Irene, the owner. Still, in 2023 our experience left place for improvement. We booked an apar**ent 7 months in advance and explicitely asked to be in the first villa. We were told first villa is already booked and we will be offered an apar**ent in the second villa, which was still fine. When we arrrived, we were given an apar**ent in the fourth villa. This villa is not refurbished and it does not have good view, just a view to the opposite construction and to the fence. When we addressed the issue to Angela (the daughter of the owner), we received no clear explaination nor appologies or compensation. Also some refurbishments should be considered: sewage work to eliminate the bad smell plus moskito nets. We think that Angela should involve more in the family business and make sure that customers (moreover returning ones) are satisfied.
