We love everything about the Ostoff except the parking In the cold weather it is quite a hike from the lot to the door

First time there went with another couple. We attended the Christmas show with Wendy Newcomer and Doug Allen Nash. Enjoyed, will probably be back next year. Nice to stay right at resort, show, restaurants and places to get a drink under one roof. Have to stay longer next time. Very comfortable rooms.

This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location! I especially enjoy the entertainment they bring to the resort. Highly looking foward to seeing Ikons of Rock again there!

A lot of young and inexperienced staff that are in need of better training. If Sergio, chef, had not intervened, the birthday dinner would have been an absolute disaster. Kudo's to Sergio, demerits to the rest of the waitstaff. Not worth the rate being charged. Feels like they are living off of a reputation, not quality of operations.

We enjoyed our first stay at the at Osthoff Resort. Bar staff at the Elk Room was very nice and drinks were delicious. The hot tub and sauna were very clean. We ordered take out from Ollie’s that was very good as well. Our room was very spacious we enjoyed the fireplace. We will be back.

The lakefront was beautiful the common areas were uniuqe the photos on the wall were quite fascinating, will be coming back for holiday festivities. Been hard to walk as I am on the mend from hip surgery, a maintenance man carried my bags as we missed an elevator. Hard to navigate as it is an older property but that is also the charm.

Expectation we’re over hype from the reviews. 1-10 it’s a 6 asking for 10 $. Not even coffee is offered at the front desk. Pay to play only!

The landscaping, the property was amazing. The opportunity to do a lot or sit and rest at watch the water. The room service was awesome. Playing a few video games, the horror VR game was so fun as an adult, I never did that. Making a trip to candy was cute, even thou only 4 M&M’s came out for .50 cents. The actual room had a great whirlpool tub, so relaxing. I think they could put a better coffee maker in the room, coffee pot and coffee with plastic packets of dried powder creamer was awful. I also didn’t like the carpet stains everywhere in 214B. The balcony was awesome and we slept with door open and screen door closed, so refreshing. Waking up to sun peaking thru made the things that I didn’t like okay.

I was disappointed in my stay largely because my room while large was dated and in need of multiple repairs. The staff was lovely and very accommodating but from the minute I walked in until the morning that I left, I had to have them fix things in order to be able to use them. For instance, my bathtub did not drain when I went to use the television the remote needed new batteries, when I went to turn on the fireplace, it was not operational. Additionally, there were virtually no food options and unfortunately the wing I was in just smelled stale and dirty.
