La primera habitación tenía la calefacción dañada, la segunda habitación tenía un olor muy fuerte a cigarrillos y nicotina y siendo una persona asmática me callo muy mal ya en la tercera habitación pues pude pasar mi noche normal. Lo q molesta es estar cansado y estar paseando de habitación en habitación

Overall the stay was great! The shower head was broken but they replaced it immediately. And the refrigerator didn't work. I didn't have the time to report it.

I requested a non smoking room and was put in a smoking room. The room itself was comfortable besides the smoky smell otherwise it was a good stay.

lots of noise from the ventilation system outside the room, did not get to have a breakfast as they closed the kitchen for the day without notification or posting any-kind of info, locked out of the room as our cards were not keyed for the full stay, could not access room as cleaning came in.

I would love to stay here.. however I was denied the room I reserved and not offered a suitable resolution

The positives: the staff was nice, there is entertainment, locations near by and plenty of parking. The bad: there was facial clippings in the sink and on the counter from a prior customer, the bathtub/hot tub that we paid extra for did not work properly, the housekeeper knocked on our door and woke us at 8am both mornings!!, the curtains were broke and let lots of light in, the heater was messed up and our room was extremely hot. It was 17 degrees out and we were opening the door to cool the room, the microwave doesn’t work correctly. I don’t mean to sound ridiculous but we were there for a get away weekend and just disappointed in how it turned out. Especially being woken 4 hours prior to check out, the messed up heater and facial hair.

First off when we checked in we were given someone else's room. I'm thankful when we walked in the door there was no one in the room. The only thing that was in there was their belongings! So we had to go all the way back down with all of our luggage and get another room on another floor. We get to our room finally and there is nothing in the bathroom to put anything on, there is no counter just a sink and nothing more. The bed is so old you just sink in kinda like festers bed on the Adams family! And where exactly are the pillows at? What are these half pieces of crap you are giving people and calling them pillows?? The bathroom floor has hair all over it, the chair you can't even sit in it because it has stains all over it! And I don't know about you but I'm not sitting in that! I was so disappointed coming back to my old stomping grounds in such poor conditions
