The Divan Hotel staff again proved their professionalism and guest orientated service that needs special recommendation. During my short visit they again excelled, from the Desk Service and Reception staff, excellent food, through to Room Service. I wish to thank Arshad and his Desk Service personnel for their friendliness and always ensuring that guests are taken care of, going the extra mile. Again, Mr. John and his professional staff for a well run, neat and beautiful hotel. Always looking forward visiting the Divan, Erbil.

Stayed for 2 nights where i enjoyed every moment of our stay at the hotel. Spacious room, delicious food and many more… Thanking management and staff, Nadine, Halima and Seyf who were very helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Strongly suggested

Divan is always the best hotel in erbil. They have best services, environment overall everything is the best. whenever I visit hotel I feel welcomed with smile and positive attitude. Breakfast is always delicious with many varities. Seasons staff are always good to me. I specially recommend Jayshree, Sanu, Binita and Phuti Narendra. They are very good at their services. Amazing beds,pools,rooms,room service and an amazing area I highly recommend for you to come here if your on holiday in erbil and this hotel also offers breakfast and has the best customer service and even has a hotel car wash and separate restaurants inside the hotel like sushi and a buffet

I visited the hotel for couple days and Karzan and James were so helpful and they helped me with all my requests, concierge team were very helpful as well as the cleaning staff. Definitely will recommend this hotel and for sure I will come back .

This is my first time to come to this hotel. It’s very nice hotel. Breakfast is delicious. Very nice pool and spa center. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Also lobby is very beautiful. It’s a very secure hotel. If you go to Iraq Divan Hotel is place to visit. The personnel are very polite and professional. I met Arshad at lobby he helped me a lot.

This is the best hotel in Erbil the staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are very very clean and the restaurant and spa is amazing!! Ahmed is the best driver to take you around. He’s friendly and has great conversations. Come to Erbil and stay here for a great time.
