Very good service, nice rooms. I loved it they were genuinely caring and asked for my opinions and wanted to service me. If there is something I think they could improve then it is their vip party section which apparently was only for couples, which made me as a guest miss out on it

The staff are amazing, friendly and supportive. They will take the extra mile to help and answer any questions, especially Rema and Sandi at the front desk,so professional. The room are massive, super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and mix of international and local food.

This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and I recommend it either for business or family, all rooms are suite design and all facilities are available such as kitchen, washing machine.... Extra. Also the hotel has internal access to the mall and has modern fitness room. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Ms. Rema for her welcoming hosts.

Nice and friendly staff and reception Amazing food and room But the valet is costy and they are taking money on every entrence and exit of your car Even if you are staying in the hotel Also need a Swimming pool , idont know if there was but i didnt see it... Best of luck

EXCELLENT apartments hotel with top quality service. Friendly and very professional staff. The hotel is part of a modern shopping mall and in a good location in the heart of the city. They have a nice restaurant. They serve a marvellous open buffet breakfast with delicious varieties.

Rooms are big, clean and equipped with a good AC. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the incredible hospitality provided by the staff, particularly Guven. Guven was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to ensure guests felt welcome and comfortable. Not only did he provide excellent service, but he also made on of the best Cappuccinos I ever had.
