I had the most wonderful stay at the Estrella Lodge, the room was large and very comfortable, the swimming pool nice and clean and the owner Sandra was not only very kind but also very helpful. I definitely recommend, it was good value!!

Didnt stay at the B&B however we were recommended this company for taxi transport. Our party was that of 11 people staying in Javea….we were charged 120 euros for a 6 mile round trip to L’Aranel, then quoted 100 euros for a 8km round trip to Granadella beach….. Been told by several local residents that this was a total rip off…they also turned up 40 minutes late…..stay clear of this Company

Sandra and Keith are friendly, welcoming and helpful and provide clean and comfortable accommodation. The tranquil Mountain View environment with a beautiful pool- solar heated in their pretty garden is a perfect place for relaxation.

As others have reviewed previously, Sandra and Keith are a very friendly couple. Very helpful with advice and lent us a local map. We booked the master bedroom with its ensuite, plus breakfast. The rooms are spacious and reasonably modern with a good table and chairs, tea and coffee facilities. Shame there’s not a little fridge but we could use theirs in the kitchen for our milk. One problem we found was that it took ages for the bathroom warm water to come through and we felt we wasted so much of it cold going down the plug hole. Even then, it didn’t get much more than tepidly warm. It’s a big house. I think we must have been at the end of the pipe work. Sandra works hard doing breakfasts, room changes, paperwork. Like I said, the house is large. She either needs an assistant for the physical cleaning inside or maybe a laundry service to change out sheets and towels for her? Sandra did a wash load of our clothes for us, dried and handed back, for 3 euros. I’d have paid 10 for that:-) This time of year is perfect for getting the trees and shrubs cut back and to tidy up the garden. Organise the outside better and you could charge more per night to cover for extra help around the place. This is needed for maintenance and general upkeep. It won’t get any easier as we get older (I know the feeling!) Lovely house. Lovely people. Needs a bit of work done around the place.

I’ve stayed here a few times on business. It’s a very friendly and comfortable place to stay. I’ve only spent overnights there so unfortunately I can’t comment on the facilities other than the welcome and the room, which are great. You’ll see more of me in the future. :)
