The room is very dated. The toilet hadn't been cleaned and someone else's towel had been left in the bathroom. The shower area is mouldy and the shower itself is old with poor pressure. The bed quilt was stained and dirty. Overall very basic, old and needs attention.

Great place to stop over in Cooma - it is comfortable, the staff are friendly and you can walk down the main street from here.

Close to town centre and eateries (restaurants would be overstating it!). Good access to Snowy Mountains and surrounding areas which are worth visiting. Main season is winter, but summer tourism is growing. Room reasonably cheap and spacious, but tired, didn't feel overly secured. Bar/restaurant onsite closed due to staff shortage. Jindabyne more modern and seems more upmarket.

Good location for exploring the area with plenty of food outlets nearby.

Sadly due to staff issues (so told) no meals where being served, however there is Chinese across the road and other options around town.

Rooms were ok, clean. BBQ area was great facility but bbq's and ash boxes very dirty. Would stay again if need be.

The tenants in a neighbouring unit were loud and noisy until the early hours of the morning

Good location, good access and parking, nice, clean rooms

The bedding had hair from who ever stayed before me, and some small stains on the sheets, so I went to the local camping store and had to buy a sleeping bag, to stay there. The house keeping should change, all bedding. Not just the sheets. Also there was food crumbs on the floor, near the edge of the bed, easily seen. The bed itself was very uncomfortable. Would not stay there again. Also, I only picked to stay there, because the site said it had a bar and restaurant. which the front desk said it was closed, because no staff. This should be corrected in there advertising.

Easy check in and good value room. Clean and comfortable.

Very pleasant experience. Straightforward check-in and out. We had the family room, large enough to accommodate 4-5 adults. Clean and comfy beds. AC working perfectly. Free parking. Would highly recommend.

Old and tired yet clean and safe. The cleaner used in the room is gave a really negative odour.
