This is not three star as you rated. This is zero star and the one before was in three star standard. It’s cheating of customers

Location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service

Very bad experience and not recommending to anyone.Totally different from the picture that they posted.Unclean rooms ,dust from AC ,provided used bedsheets with hairs, smell of cigarette inside .Exactly looks like lodge room.😡

I choose this hotel by a online site i booked for non ac room but i reach there the room was too hot and the fan have no cool. I ask the staff fir change the room for ground floor they gave me ac room unfortunately the ac has not working but they buy the non ac charge as of all it was a good stay

Horrible stay with poor mattress, car parking on the main road, terrible bathroom and stained walls and bathroom

Mosquito pest, room quality, room facility, all these are very bad ac room but no cold no brush to brush no paste no previous ste said in this

Worst. Dirty room no car parking a/c not working properly no bucket in washroom a/c leaking worst matress. I have not stayed in a worst hotel like this.

The hotel was good, staff was very cooperative. Excellent service, budget friendly, eazy to access from railway station of south of ernakulam. Near all services from the hotel, good to stay.

Standard non ac room was booked and it was good there was some mishaps like the door is not getting closed properly and suddenly fan was not working but the team was ready to come and help immediately good thing was that hotel is situated by 0. 5km from ernakulam station which was very convinent for family trips
