Hotel BTH Sarovaram

We used to stay here regularly. It's a beautiful property. But our recent stay was very much below par. The property is in need of a thorough renovation. They are charging standard 3 star rates . But even basic amenities like sufficient toiletries or a coffee maker with sufficient supplies are not provided. Cleanliness standards are also deteriorating. We used to love the stay here . Hope this property will regain its earlier charm .

BTH Sarovaram is a well designed property but the rooms need urgent upgradation. The room though big enough, was cramped because of the unncessarily large bed. The cupboard needs to be provided with at east 4/5 hangers, The A/C unit needs a proper controller. The entrance door and the toilet door should be easy to open. The toilet needs total revamp. It is too cramped and the closet needs replacement. Lighting has to be good. The food is excellent though it is vegetarian only. The staff very courteous. Location is convenient.

Went for lunch expecting a good veg food. The food was just average but the rate was too high compared to other vegetarian hotels. We had to wait like half hours before we got a seat. Also have to mention the bad attitude of the hotel staff. I would never like to visit your hotel again, also won't recommend anyone to do so.

Very happy to mention that all the arrangements for the above were excellent and the hospitality of the staff were worth mentioning. The rooms were very good and all the guests were extremely happy about the rooms . We had around 75 guests .All praised that it looked like five star hotel. Food was also excellent . The complementary breakfast was extremely nice. The ***ager in charge Mr. Rahul R Pillai was very cooperative and we are extremely happy about his hospitality. Mr. Unni who was in charge at the reception was very loyal and friendly. .
