Great location, near the beach. 3 pools. Nice food and drinks! Great value for money. Definitely recommend!

Really good place if you like to enjoy both the ocean and swimming in the pool. Comfortable rooms, good quality and sélection of food. Clean rooms and entire territory and restaurants. Friendly hotel staff and smooth check-in. The only comment would be temperature of the swimming pool just bit warmer would give better swimming experience.

In generel its a lovely hotel We lived on the esencia part, with private area for Esencia people only… lovely heated pool… Missed tho some sort of music - they could easily have installed a music with low background music Nothing to complain about with the room and cleaning service “High Five* When it comes to food, it was great with alot of different food.. The BIG problem, was a seperate area for Esencia ONLY in the “Food Market” But still you see alot of people from the ordinary Hotel with no concequenses… That was unexpected compared to their sister hotel on the island “La Palma” where they DO kick people out of the area, so us who pays for the extra comfort DO get what we expect and are paying for… Other from that, we will *High Five* for 3 of the staffs - Jose and Corina (Lovely staff and great at English) Last 1 is Sr. Angel who was both in the Esencia Resturant and “Food Market”

It's rare I review whilst here, but credit where credit is due! Fabulous food, room is immaculate and all round best hols to date. Staff are friendly and nothing is too much ♥️ animate team are great withoit being pushy (as some hotels) will definitely be back next January if not before thankyou.

Beware do not pay for the upgrade Esencia upgrade which is supposed to be separate pool eating area and quiet space the management have decided it's now a free for all so please don't waste your money! Overall it's a beautiful looking hotel with beautiful grounds but on closer inspection it's very tired! The adult only are needs a total revamp it's dirty tired and the pool needs retiling. The food is ok but repetitive, and the restaurant is chaotic as it caters for a lot of people (and I mean a lot) the restaurant in the Esencia part is quieter but I had a row with the restaurant manager about cleanliness!!! At least 20 sparrows pecking and sitting on the cakes and puddings! When I asked him nicely if he could do something he shrugged his shoulders flapped like a bird and asked me what I wanted him to do about it! I mentioned covering them or clearing the birds he laughed and when I said to him you're not bothered he turned his back on me and said NO and walked off. Arrogant and rude!! On a good note the bedroom was lovely and the bed comfortable! The beaches are amazing with a couple of little beach bars. I like to think all my reviews are fair this place is in beautiful surroundings but is fastly becoming a butlins! They are cutting back on a lot of things trying to save money and it shows unfortunately!

Lovely hotel we had a really enjoyable stay here. Reception and check in process was super quick and staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean comfortable and bigger than expected with some lovely views of the sea. The restaurants were very well stocked and had a great variety of tasty food for all diets (I’m a picky eater but was always well fed) highly recommend going for late breakfast at the smaller restaurant as it’s quieter and lovely sitting outside by the sea. Special mention to Cristobal in the main restaurant he always went above and beyond with service! The bars did get busy so expect to queue but staff did keep these queues moving quickly and there are some self serve areas for drinks too. We opted for the basic all inclusive which did limit drinks but again something for every taste really. Staff were friendly and polite (contrary to other reviews I’ve seen) did see a lot of guests being rude to them which was uncalled for. Location is pretty remote there is a beach bar a short walk away but not much else to get to so would recommend a car if you want to get out and about. We had one for 2 days which was just right for us. The hotel itself is large and there is a steep walk from the top to bottom so not ideal if you have mobility issues. Great to walk off the buffet food!! The beach is beautiful and easy to access from the hotel Overall a great holiday and lovely hotel highly recommended

The hotel is like a miniature town with streets however it didn't take too long to find out way around. The food was ok to good, bearing in mind that they're catering for a very large number of guests. Most staff were pleasant and accommodating. Facilities were good as they did cater for all age genre's, especially as they were all inclusive. I think the only drawback for us, as a couple, it's not a place I'd recommend for couples but great for young families.

Lots of positives but too many negatives as well unfortunately. We paid extra for the La Senzia experience but there were too many people at the hotel and we struggled to get a seat outside when we wanted, the staff were overworked and sometimes rude and it was not the experience we had hoped. It was OK, the quality of the food was good and the kids enjoyed the swimming pools but we would not come back.

Firstly I'm not against any type of cost saving for the environment . But to be given two empty bottles to be left in the room to fill yourself at watersations in main areas /restaurant/bars. If water is required after midnight i walked into main restaurant to fill but it depends where u are situated in the complex .So i advise people to hold onto empty bottles from the uk to fill up on a night time for fridge or to fill kettle. Rooms are adequate clean usb connections by bedside lights pools are clean but cold . Beach is sandy and clean . Sunloungers chairs and unberella are 5 euros each so €15 a day for a couple . Restaurants are clean but very busy . Food is as u expect from a buffet.Good I came in April not peak time . So they need to have watersations by accommodation blocks especially if required by families after restaurants close.
