What a great surprise. A friend recommended this hotel and we are so glad they did. We were not entirely sure what to expect but when the very friendly team checked us in and gave us a glass of Cava we knew we would have a great time. Every member of the team was excellent . Always available to help or just offering a friendly hello. Breakfast was exceptional, delicious large choice of food and waiters remembered our coffee choice each morning without a prompt. The views from our bedroom were lovely and we really enjoyed the long walks along the beach. Highly recommended and we will certainly be staying again.

Wonderful location, friendly staff. We enjoyed a wonderful week there. Although it was raining a lot during our week the staff did their best to make our stay as memorable as possible. Everybody was always friendly, helpful and welcoming.

We chose the hotel for its heated indoor and outdoor pools which worked well in February (although the indoor spa pool seemed to mainly be for children in the daytime). Really comfortable beds, blackout curtains, water bottles in room replenished every day and luxurious bathrooms as you’d expect at this price. The extra single bed was adult sized. Breakfast was excellent especially if you ask for cafe latte etc which they will go away and make. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful and friendly. There are plenty of lovely places to sit and relax and pizzas at the bar were good. It was easy to get an Uber into Estepona, hotel bike rental sadly worked out too expensive for a family. The only big negative was that we paid for a side sea view and asked for a balcony with some sun but were given a dark room with a balcony which barely fitted two people and had lots of road noise so very unpleasant to sit on. If you want a quiet balcony I’d ask for one overlooking the pool. It’s a shame they put people on these dark rooms with the road noise, at the side of the hotel when the hotel is clearly at such low occupancy and they have much nicer situated rooms. I believe this is a missed opportunity to entice people to revisit in low season.

I would like to take a moment to say a HUGE thank you for the kind efforts of Bianca and her whole team to look after my family and I last week on the occasion of my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary The best moments in hospitality occur when something wonderful happens and you and your teams created something that we will remember forever. This was a long planned long weekend away for an event that we will not see again and from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty and the whole team made us feel very special and seemed to be aware of our special anniversary The rooms with balconies and sea views were very special, the special Anniversary Dinner we had in your fine dining restaurant was very special and the recommendations that you made for us to eat in Estepona were perfect! Excellent resort with greenery landscaping, nice food, swimming pools and friendly staff. Starting from check in to check out all staff were friendly and welcoming. Lovely clean hotel, all staff friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, lovely and clean and had a nice view over the beach. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Staff at breakfast were fab, food choice was vast and there were diifferent changes each day to keep a variety. Plenty of choice of cooked, cerelas, fruit, breads and pastries, cold meats etc and nothing ever seemed to run out. Staff at the pool bar were good, drinks were certainly not lacking in alcohol! Never had an issue with getting a sunbed even when coming down later in the morning, and it was nice to have an adults only pool. We never ate at the hotel other than breakfast so cant comment on evening meals, food at the pool bar was nice and tasty though. The downsides we found were lack of music or some sort of entertainment of an evening as hotel very quiet and also due to location, there is nothing within walking distance such as bars or a town meaning taxis had to be used and these were quite expensive. The hotel is a lovely place for a relaxing holiday though and we would happily stay again

We have just returned from the most enjoyable and relaxing 7-night stay. There are a few reasons why we would return. The staff are what makes this beautiful hotel so wonderful. The Hotel’s location in Estepona is stunning, and the Food is excellent. The breakfast is amazing, as it offers a diverse range of options, and the buffet is always refilled. We took a half-board dining option which was very flexible and had excellent value. The pool areas are beautiful, with some dedicated ‘Adult only’ areas, which were lovely as we wanted to enjoy a kid-free area to relax around the pool. The rooms are spacious as are the balconies. We would return to the hotel as it is a very special place. If you are concerned about some reviews that mention the ‘tired’ hotel rooms, do not worry. The rooms are spacious, yes the hotel is not brand new, however, the staff, hotel location, and spacious rooms are the reason we would return. Olef in reception, Lisa the restaurant breakfast host, Guest Services Manager, Yousef in the restaurant in the evening, and the beach club pool bar waiters are so obliging. Whilst you don't need to leave the Hotel, I highly recommend taking a 5 mins Uber/Taxi into Estepona, for a walk around the town and also the Port area. The Hotel has a Spa but we didn't visit it as focused on relaxing by the pool.

Great Facilities, Nice view, good choice for families, Clean rooms, great food, we had really enjoyed our stay although we had a little problem in the A/c but their professional staff responded to our complaint immediately and tried their best to make it up and resolve the issue, they have very professional and friendly staff from cleaning team up to front office manager. Special thank you to Mr.Gerardo Canivell and the lady in Red. I advise everyone to book directly through the hotel official website and I highly recommend it, will definitely book it again for future visit.

VARNING 🚨 It was not nice. We was 5 night. They want charge extra for so many things. Bad attityd in reception. Pool was super COLD. They want pay extra sunbed even low seson. One icecream they charge 19 euro. Controll your bill in reception we get wrong. Old hotell. Not fresh.
