Not the worst, not the best

Very clean & comfortable room. Staff was great & willing to help with even the smallest things. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance for a small town

Definitely needs a good cleaning though out the common areas. Bed was fairly comfortable. Probably would not stay again.

******* gave the hotel the wrong dates for my stay. Fortunately the hotel staff corrected it. Check-in was January 13th ******* told the hotel it was January 14th. Even though ******* sent me an email with the correct check in and check out dates they provided the hotel with incorrect date.

Wanted a wake up call but phone in our room did not work. Alarm clock switches were worn out so we couldn't rely on it either. used our cell phone to wake up. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom door had a big hole in it, from someone kicking it or whatever. Water spays out of faucet when using shower, mold or what looks like it in tube area with white chalking coming out from tub. I found socks from someone else in the room in the corner of the room. Lamps sheds turning yellow or torn. heater by window has all buttons pushed in and simply looks like hell no note to tell you to use the thermostat instead. NO ICE IN THE HOTEL, AND ONLY THREE PEOPLE CAN RIDE IN THE ELEVATOR AT one time, or maybe the rest of you just jump out the window. I asked for another room and it was far better. NO POINT that i make is this, management knows this and they and all that is important to them is your money. I paid over hundred dollar or more for this one night .

We needed to stop to rest before continuing to our destination - it was Chris**as Eve and this hotel was the perfect spot. Not only was it a great stopping point and area, the hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays, so cozy, pretty and the staff were so friendly, too. At breakfast, we were greeted with a big Merry Chris**as and sweet smile from the staff member who was working that area - real Chris**as morning CHEER!

From start to an early finish, my experience was terrible! Without getting into every detail, the room smelled like an animal. I asked to change rooms, but the counter clerk said she couldn't because I booked through a 3rd party. She gave me a bottle of room deodorizer. I sprayed (twice), left the room for a while and it then smelled like bad odor with a floral cover. The electricity went out in the wee hours and I lie awake hoping it would be back on in time for morning bathing and grooming. It was. The lamp bases were rusted, the floor was sticky. I checked out early (forfeited the 2nd night I had paid) because I felt ill after smelling the odor all night.

Very solid hotel for lower end price range. Was quite adequate. Just stayed one night. Good restaurant right across street.
