エヴォラ ホテル(Evora Hotel)

とてもおいしい朝食。屋内および屋外のスイミングプールとスパの使用、5 *。フレンドリーで親切なスタッフ。とても良い施設。

Very nice hotel as a total, a little bit far from the city. The extra cost to use the gym was not clear at the flyer and 5 EUR per hour to rent a bike is too expensive.

Lamentavelmente, a reserva que fiz não correspondeu à reserva que o hotel tinha. A minha reserva foi feita para 2 adultos e 1 criança e, no hotel, apenas constava a reserva para 1 adulto. O hotel resolveu a situação, mas o quarto que nos foi oferecido não correspondeu de todo ao serviço reservado e pago antecipadamente. Foi muito desagradável e lamentável. /// Unfortunately, the reservation I made did not correspond to the reservation the hotel had. My reservation was made for 2 adults and 1 child and, in the hotel, there was only a reservation for 1 adult. The hotel resolved the situation, but the room they gave us did not fully correspond to the service booked and paid in advance. It was very unpleasant and regrettable.

De 2e nacht was de kamer prima. Het hotel is net buiten Evora en heeft ruime parkeerplaats. Sommige personeel mogen nog wel trainingen hebben hoe het hoort in het hotel. Maar het meisje die de kamers moest schoonmaken was super.

酒店在距離埃武拉鎮中心不遠的鄉村，很大，也很不錯，免費停車位充足。入住的遊客也很多。一早上聽着鳥兒的嘰喳聲很愜意。早餐豐富可口。

Overall is to not to return there never . 7:30 First thing in the morning walked to the restaurant for Breakfast full of exposed food a creature running from under a customer sofa to the kitchen put me immediately off to touch anything insight ! A RAT.

The hotel is located just outside the center in a quiet location. Although there were many guests, little was heard in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was varied and identical every day. We received friendly service throughout our stay. The spa and wellness area is separate, but extensive.

First the good. Most of the staff are very nice. The bar and restaurant area are pleasant and so is the pool area. Water pressure in the shower is good. However, this is not up to 4 star standards. The rooms are dated. The doors don't fit properly and there are gaps. It is the first time I have seen a shower curtain over a bath in an hotel in many years. The TV is a very small free standing TV. There is a terrace but it only has one chair. On our second day after housekeeping had been we were faced with stained bath towels, we took them back to the housekeeping room but there was noone there so we swapped them with unstained ones. Certainly not acceptable in any class of hotel. The restaurant is nice and the food is good, but only buffet. Breakfast is extremely noisy because the hotel caters to coach parties and conferences. The breakfast food is nothing great but ok. The pool area is nice but although there is a member of staff in the pool bar area you have to get dry and dressed to go into the hotel to get food and drinks, not really great for a supposed 4 star hotel. The pool also was full of flying ants,/mosquitos on the first day, although there were a few less on the second day.
