Great place to stay. I stayed this time in a studio suite and it was great. Very roomy, comfortable and quiet. I was a little worried because room was near main road through town, but it was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable and slept like a baby. Very clean and nicely remodeled. Refrigerator was a plus, although it does not have a microwave and does have a coffee maker. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and will stay again. It would be interesting to stay here in the summer because there is a nice covered patio in the carport area. Beautiful area in the winter as well.

This place was the Best ever. I cant express how much My husband and I along with our dag enjoyed our stay. The motel was very clean, comfortable and the hospitality was so Great. The host was more than accomidating to us. He even let us use his BBQ which was Awesome.The bed was so comfortable that I asked the owner where he bought it because My husband and I are going to purchus one. Definitely a gem of a Place to stay if you are visiting the Burney falls area. We plan on coming back with all of our family and this is where we are going to stay.

Very nice place to stay. Quiet, clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The room was small, which did not have a microwave or refrigerator, but it was good for a one person. I would definitely stay here again, but would stay in a studio or suite next time.

Cute little roadside motel. Room was cutely decorated and clean. Pet friendly and then grounds nicely kept.

This is is a quaint little place! I love love it! Very clean… and well maintained. Also comfortable!!! They have tempurpedic mattress ♥️♥️♥️. Highly highly recommended!

Rooms were uniquely decorated, and clean. Bed was comfortable. Biggest drawback was the rooms were small - about 10’x16’, including the bath/shower area. Just enough room for the queen bed and a small space on each side of the bed.

My friend and I were on a road trip, so only stayed a night. We were pleasantly surprised that they squeezed a fold-out couch into the room. The room was smallish, but very clean and orderly, with an outdoor seating area that we might have used if we stuck around longer. They had extra blankets and sheets for the fold-out couch under the bed (thanks!). And the guy at the front desk kindly found us a reading lamp and later helped us with technical issues with our overhead light (user error). The room might have been a bit cold for me, but there was a great electric fireplace that quickly heated up the space so well that we turned it off and slept comfortably through the night. I'm not used to the kind of mattress that they had, so it felt a bit weird? But no back pain in the morning, so I shouldn't complain! -- Thanks for a great night on the road. I would definitely stay again.

Simple, clean, comfortable room. If get back to Fall River Mills would check here first for a room. Good stay.
