Would be nicer if they have some support to the guests, like snacks, refreshments and booze, especially around the pool, since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere . The AC is tooooo weak. Practically doesn't work. Our rooms were very hot and the Air conditioner not dimensioned for the amount of heat and size of the room. The facility is beautiful, swimming pool very nice, the place is super cleaned, nice architecture, easy access.

Not a 4 stars hotel it’s B&B because many things not available which all hotels have ( safe box, phone, iron, restaurants, night reception, bathroom amenities, closet, side tables with drawers, breakfast varsities,) Also it’s house for a family living there with kids and have dogs around. The rate for this location should be changed to 2 stars B&B and not to mislead people.

We stayed here for a couple of nights, the pool is absolutely fabulous and kept very clean! The kids really enjoyed it. The rooms were a good size, modern and very clean. The mini fridge was amazing as it was very cold, so great for storing anything really. Our air conditioning worked quite well but other residents said there rooms weren't great with air conditioning and their rooms were very warm even with air conditioning on. I personally found the beds very hard and did sleep great at all during our stay. The towels provided were also very thin. Breakfast was lovely in the mornings but very small selection provided. Lunch we found limited selection and finished very early in the afternoon @ 2pm. Although food selection was limited, the food was nice. We did not have dinner here during our stay - we went out for dinner elsewhere.

La camera era carina e spaziosa. Gli ambienti, in generale, sono molto caratteristici e richiamano perfettamente lo stile tipico di una masseria/agriturismo, creando un'atmosfera autentica. La colazione offre una buona scelta di prodotti sia tipici che non ed essendo tutto fatto in casa merita. Il personale è stato sempre cortese, disponibile e ci ha saputo consigliare sulle zone e le spiagge nei dintorni. Molto comoda anche la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della struttura, in un'area recintata. Un ulteriore punto a favore è la piscina: essendo la struttura situata in una zona tranquilla, rappresenta un'ottima alternativa per chi, ogni tanto, preferisce evitare il caos delle spiagge e godersi qualche ora di relax. L'unica piccola nota che mi permetto di segnalare è che, a tratti, nel bagno si avvertiva un leggero odore di fogna. Nulla di particolarmente grave, ma credo sia un aspetto che, una volta risolto, renderebbe il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Nous avons réservé un séjour dans le Pouilles par le site Voyage Privé. 3 Jours avant notre départ, nous avons été transféré avec notre accord de la Masseria San Leonardo vers cette masseria (qui se trouve être sur le même domaine). Cela semble à priori être une habitude, puisqu'un autre couple a subit la même chose en 2017 (voir plus loin dans les avis). Bref, en arrivant, on nous assure bénéficier d'un upgrade. nous sommes retrouvés dans une junior suite, sinistre et sombre, donnant sur l'arrière du bâtiment. Impossible d'aérer la nuit étant en rez-de-jardin et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, car elle n'était que mise en fonction le 1er juin. L'accès à la piscine était fermé et la piscine visiblement pas encore en état de fonction (eau trouble). Pas de chaise longue sur laquelle on aurait pu se reposer, même sans se baigner. A part une jeune fille, le personnel n'est pas particulièrement sympathique. Si vous choisissez tout de même d'y aller, évitez absolument la chambre 1 ayant une literie et une salle de douche ayant eu des jours meilleurs ...

Très belle propriété au milieu des oliviers. Nous avons eu une chambre avec un petit salon attenant et une salle de bain avec une belle douche. Personnel très agréable. Petit bémol, le lit un peu mou. Suite à un problème d'électricité général, notre hôte nous a relogés dans un hôtel tout près, de gamme équivalente. Elle s'est occupé de tout nous n'ayons rien eu à gérer.

Accoglienza che lascia parecchio a desiderare. Personale assente, colazione scarsa. È un freddo incredibile nelle stanze, impossibilità di accendere il riscaldamento in autonomia. Peccato perché tutto sommato la location non è male ma andrebbe gestita meglio. Probabilmente uno straniero si adatta ma un italiano NO. Mancano le basi. Se migliorano da tornarci volentieri.

Un ottima accoglienza, personale disponibile, molto simpatico e gentile. Cibo buonissimo, camere molto confortevoli e spaziose. Piscina molto bella, unica pecca: mancanza di docce. Nonostante tutto, la meta perfetta per una splendida vacanza in famiglia.

Enttäuschend! Als hochschwangere Frau buchte ich diese Unterkunft wegen der Klimaanlage. Diese war jedoch fünf Tage lang außer Betrieb, und die Temperatur im Zimmer stieg auf über 30 Grad. Obwohl mir versprochen wurde, einen Techniker zu schicken, kam niemand. Beim Check-out fragte ich nach einer Entschädigung, aber fünf Personen widersprachen mir und behaupteten, die Klimaanlage hätte funktioniert und ich würde mir das Problem aufgrund meiner Schwangerschaft nur einbilden. Reine Diskriminierung!

Che dire, davvero un PESSIMA esperienza a livello umano. Ho sempre pensato che al di là del luogo e di una struttura fossero le persone a fare la differenza ed a rendere la vacanza un momento speciale ed indimenticabile. Soprattutto negli ultimi anni ognuno di noi credo abbia fatto tesoro di quanto vissuto e provato e mai avrei immaginato di vivere un’esperienza del genere dove i rapporti umani e le difficoltà altrui vengono calpestati e nemmeno lontanamente presi in considerazioni in virtù del solo scopo di lucro! Mi dispiace davvero perché quanto vissuto non rispecchia in alcun modo i valori ed il calore delle persone meravigliose della Puglia che ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare in altre circostanze e luoghi. Vi auguro davvero di non trovarvi mai a che fare con questo tipo di approccio pertanto, sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a tutte le persone che hanno voglia di viversi questi posti assaporando il vero calore e la gentilezza tipici del luogo. Guardate altrove!
